Very Impressive! I have never cleaned my carpets or even knew what was involved. My carpets haven't been cleaned in about 16 years and they looked liked new. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me a quote and when we went to arrange a date I had forgotten to mention that we were entertaining for Easter and that's why we needed the floors done. His schedule was booked, but when he found that it was for the holiday, he sacrificed a day off he was planning for me. I thought that was above and beyond duty and am so grateful, so I will always call within a decent time frame.

Mark did a marvelous job. The downstairs apartment was very badly soiled and magically it now is only noticabe because of wear. My sofa and loveseat look brand new and also my rug. I chose Mark because of the reviews from Angie's list. I am happy I did.

Soon after I called I received a call back and was able to schedule a convenient time right away. They moved furniture when it was necessary and replaced it all. I was very pleased and wouldn't use anyone else.

Matt gave exstra care to areas of issue.

Did excellent job. Removed paint stains from stairs. Carpet looked great. Also tested for cat urine, and was honest enough to tell me there wasn't any, when he could have charged me more to remove it. I would definitely recommend him.

Teddy Bear Carpet Care, LLC was great. He was so good. Oh my God, yes. We recommended him to my in-laws, who also used him. You would not believe the spots we had in the carpet. That's what impressed me. He had the machine outside and only had the hose inside the house, so there was no dust moving around. I tried to get a lot of spots out for years, and they cleaned everything out. His equipment was top of the line.

Excellent! Matt was able to restore my 20+ year old carpet to almost new. I could not get close to these results with my Bissell Steamer!

Matt went above expectation when he called the following day explaining that there were 2 spots he could not clean and wanted to come back with different products at no charge. He came and removed the 2 spots (which I had not even noticed). We highly recommend Teddy Bear Carpets!!

Very nice man, great service, very thorough---He was very careful with our furniture, etc. He even called a few weeks later to see if everything dried well and if we were satisfied.

My husband has allergies to perfumes in cleaners and dirt repellants. Matt understood this situation. Used products that had no odor.Only smell wet carpet--gone by morning. The carpet was cleaned perfectly--there were a few severe stains which were reduced at least 90%. Couldn't have asked for more.

Not exactly sure of the price as there were discounts involved but work was done quickly and professionally with great results - plan to have them back soon.

I called Teddy Bear when I read about the company on Angies List and saw that it was recommended. I called and made an appt. for the cleaning. There was a special on price and that was applied to my order. I was given a date for the cleaning and it was adhered to. All furniture that needed to be moved was done and the carpets were completing cleaned that day. There were no problems. Owner was especially helpful.

He uses his own water off of the truck, and completed the work efficiently, with tremendous professionalism and diligence. He's also a great guy. We are in the process of selling our home, and we will use his services again once we find a new place. Great work.

Matt showed up on time, was very pleasant & personable, neatly dressed, and scoped out the job. I asked him about cleaning all of my area rugs, plus a couch, loveseat & chair; and potentially another couch & loveseat. He gave me a written estimate ahead of time; I opted not to have the other couch & loveseat cleaned, but did opt for the other items. Matt got to work on all the other items on the estimate, completing the job thoroughly & professionally, in a few hours. He is very friendly, does a great job, and I will definitely be hiring him again.

Very satisfied with all serviceA bit pricey, but the extra power provided by the special steam cleaning/extraction system (with it's own water source)delivers better results than with typical carpet cleaners that hook up to my well water. I will call soon to have our first floor carpets cleaned.

Matt arrived as scheduled and did a GREAT job! He is professional and conscientious and I will definitely call him again. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. The stains, from dogs and grandchildren, are gone and the house smells great!

Matt, the owner, does the work himself. He arrived when he said he would. His price matched his estimate. The work was superb. He was friendly, professional, responsive, He explained things to us, and he did what he said he would do. Our wall-to-wall carpet was stained and off-color from pets and kids, and they now look brand new. Here's the bottom-line: hire Teddy Bear if you need carpet cleaning. It's just that simple.

Teddy Bear Carpet did a fantastic job cleaning our upholstered furnature and tile floors. Matt was very responsive and helped us set up an initial visit/cost estimate within a few short days. We arranged for him to come do the work about a week later. He arrived on time, even calling when he expected to be a few minutes late and did a fantastic job. We have been trying to get our tile floors to look clean since we bought our home a few years ago and had never been successful under Teddy Bear Carpet came out to help! Before starting on the floors he even tested a small area and made sure we were happy with the end result before proceeding with the cleaning process. The cost was very reasonable and exactly as estimated.
