It was positive.

I was thrilled. I've used Skips since 1985, and as usual they were very professional and comprehensive and thorough in their work. Joe exceeded my expectations - a pleasure to work with. He came on the day arranged, backed the truck in the driveway, pumped and inspected the tank and line, and completely documented the results, and was gone within 45 minutes. I was impressed that they have records on my last two interactions since the beginning. I will used them again for all my septic system work - hopefully there won't be much needed! Although I was present this time, on previous occasions I was not present and the work was completed flawlessly with no one home. Highly recommended.

Cleaned and restored the disrupted yard area perfectly.

No problems with their service and they showed up on time and I was provided with a report on the condition of our system. My only comment is that they should provide a handful or two of grass seed to reseed the area disturbed by their work. We've used this company since we built our home in 1993.

Skips pumped out the 2 tanks on site (at the owners expense outside of this service review) and then performed a complete mapping of the system as well as inspected the entire system with a camera snake. They were very accurate with their measurements so that they could provide a map for future access to the system and provided a full report of the good and bad thing in the system. The one (understandable) "negative" I had was the "service window" they only can say that they will arrive on site within a 2-3 hour window based on how their day moves along. In my case they actually arrived about an hour prior to the earliest time in the service window. Thankfully they were able to start work on the system before I got there, but due to the early arrival I did have to leave work earlier than anticipated. Better than late, but still knocks my rating down from an A to a B on punctuality.

Andrew was great. We had a very challenging situation and he designed a great solution. I thought I would have a really ugly mound in the back yard but he found another way. Also excavated one wall of the house to install a french drain. It has only been a few months but everything seems to be working well. I sometimes had to email Andrew more than once to get him to respond, but he was always right on time when he said he'd come, as was his crew.

Perfect...they were easy to set up an appointment on the phone. The serviceman was punctual and took care of the tank and you hardly knew they had been there. They did a good job and smoothing over the spot in the lawn. I am very pleased!

There were no issues at all - everything happened when it was supposed to, with no surprises. Jon was very responsive whenever I needed to contact him.

The folks from Skip's Septic came out to perform an inspection on the septic system of a home we were in the process of buying. We were very pleased with their professionalism. They were right on time and were so great at explaining how the system worked and how to locate our tank. Since I had never had a home with a septic system, I very much appreciated this. They also explained how often we should have it pumped and what to flush and not to flush (even if it says flushable!). What was great was that after we closed on the house, we checked our mailbox and they had sent us a big packet with the information they went over with us so we would know what to expect and not forget everything! We definitely intend to continue using Skip's Septic to maintain the quality of our system.

When we bought our house we needed to find a septic inspector. We had never had a septic system so had no previously experience with companies who work on them. We picked Wastewater Services based on other reviews we had seen. They came out promptly to pump the system and do the inspection. While at the house, they were very kind and knowledgeable. They were able to explain to me how the system works. They found a potential issue and did not do a hard sell on doing the repair but rather suggested what would make the system 110% perfect. We had them back to do the work and they again were great. Prompt and professional. They had to dig up a section of the yard to access the system and always put the dirt back neatly and put down grass seed. We have just had them back to pump the system again and once again had a great experience. Everyone that has come to the house or that I have spoken to on the phone has been very helpful and polite.

During excavation, two sealing covers were broken and they came back the next day and replace them with new ones.

We were selling our home and they did the inspection and the pumping. We paid for the pumping and were quite happy with their pricing, as it was lower than we were used to paying. We have had the system maintained over the years and none of the providers had been concerned. When Wastewater came in however, they said the entire system needed to be replaced!! We were shocked. We got a second opinion from other companies and not only did they not find ANY issues, they said that Wastewater had a reputation for doing this. One of the professionals was even positive that Wastewater broke a pipe when doing the inspection based on the freshness of the break. We had to pay him to fix that, and he certified the rest of the system, but unfortunately we still lost the sale of the home because of Wastewater. Luckily we were able to sell it soon after and there were NO issues found by the new buyers. Watch out for these guys, they sucker people in with low prices just to get the larger work with scare tactics.

I had an excellent experience. Their price was reasonable; it was comparable to others in the area. They took their time and did excellent work. The septic tank was a little bit deeper, apparently, than most are and they took the time to walk us through everything step-by-step and didn't even mention the extra work. And they went through and showed us a video-scope of the septic system at the house with accompanying diagrams to make sure that we completely understood what was going on with the septic systems and what we would need to expect as new homeowners. It was really, really great actually.

It was fine. They were just very responsive. We had to do our building inspection. Everything went fine. We got the information that we needed. It worked out great. Their prices seemed reasonable. I would use them again in the future.

Very nice man who discussed what I would receive from, which included what was pumped, the state of filter and recommended frequency of maintenance. I will use them in the future.

Everything was done as promised and on time. All agencies were coordinated and the work was completed exactly as promised. Very professional, courteous and responsive. This really was seamless with no problems encountered due to their excellent planning and execution.

When I called them, they came over and gave me a quote within 24 hours. 2 days later, they were doing the work. This was in the middle of January when the ground was frozen. They gave me an excellent price for the work being done due to the time of year and lack of work for them at that time. They only wanted a $500 payment up front, and I piad the balance upon completion of the work. In the spring time, they had to come back and reseed the lawn. I did not have to pay for that until then.

We hired Wastewater to perform a septic inspection on a prospective house we were buying. They were delayed due to an emergency that tied up their trucks, but they notified us as soon as they realized they would be late. Their inspection of the septic system was very thorough. Prior to our appointment they pulled the septic system diagram from the local town clerk. The quality of the diagram was poor, but as part of the inspection they drafted a new, much clearer diagram of the septic location/structure. I was very impressed with the thoroughness. They fished a camera throughout the system and were able to discover issues with multiple junction boxes and interconnecting pipes. After they completed the inspection, they walked us through their findings and provided a cost estimate to repair the system. I would highly recommend Wastewater for septic inspections. They are reasonably priced, professional, and thorough.

I had a great experience with this company. I unfortunately had a septic issue, causing water to back flow into my basement. I called Wastewater that morning and they had a guy out that afternoon. The technician was professional and made quick work of the issue (clogged waste pipe leading to tank.) This experience has earned them by business for the coming years.

I had originally scheduled Skip's to come to the house for an inspection between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM on a Friday. The dispatcher told me that they would call within an hour of when they were arriving, so I was suprised to get a call before 9:00 AM asking whether the inspection team could show up early. This was great as we had preferred to have them early anyway and they apparently had a cancellation that allowed them the time in the schedule. The inspection team showed up right at 9:30 AM (when the dispatcher said they would) and after a brief introduction and discussion of the location of the septic system they got immediately to work. They worked independently and it was clear that they not only knew what they were doing but they were also incredibly efficient from their experience with septic systems. Drew Gilbert was the main inspector and after they completed the inspection of the tank, leachfield, and drywell he took the time to explain the system in detail and answered all of our questions about it in a very easy to understand way. They completed the invoicing and were then on their way. A pumping team was coming later to pump the sewage from the septic tank (~$275), but this was paid for by the sellers. Overall, we had a very positive experience with Skip's and definitely plan on using them again!

They did a very thorough report. They had cameras, did a nice job and were very helpful to me because there was an issue with the system. They explained what the problem was. Since I am buying the house the seller is going to put in a new septic system and this company advised me on what questions to ask about the new system. I feel like they went a little above and beyond in helping me with that problem. I will use them again in the future.

Driver was on time, was very polite, took pride in his work and took extra measures to insure the septic tank was clean by providing several back flushes from his truck.

The technician was polite, neat, clean and helpful. He spent the entire day replacing the pipe, working diligently. He was meticulous in the work he was performing. He filled the trench, covered the pipe and spent quite some time raking the lawn/dirt free of debris. He then proceeded to seed the entire section of lawn that had been disturbed! I was impressed! We use Skip's exclusively for our septic pumping, so it shouldn't have come as a big surprise. Their price is fair and their work is exemplary!
