Description of Work: Upon finding water on the floor of the cellar next to our furnace we were in a panic. When I called I braced myself for a runaround, but ended up very impressed with the empathy and urgent response of the person answering the phone. Within days the furnace was fixed!

Description of Work: My Central Aircondition broke in June. Since it happened at a bad time , I had trouble getting a technician to come and have a look at my unit. I initally called a provider as they were the only one willing to come in few days. The tech who came over , looked at the external unit and gave me a shocking estimate. He said my Contactor is gone , capacitor is shot and filters are clogged and said it will take 1200.00 to fix and if I sign up for the yearly contract that comes around $220 then he can reduce the estimate by another $150 or so. . I paid the $100 fee and denied his estimate. As I am not satified with the diagnositcs , I signed up in Angie's list and got the contract of Viglione . I explained everything. he said , he will send a tech next business day. The tech came on time , looked at the unit and said the only thing he need to fix is the contactor and he also changed the air filter of the furnace. He only charged for the service call and told me that I don't need to worry about the unit and its good till I do a service next year. The part I like about it is , desipite the fact that I showed him the other person is requesting $1200.00 , he came and fixed what is required and only charged me $85 and $5 for the filter. This shows how professional these guys are. I will defly do business with them again.
