The East Hartford depot covers all of Hartford, Litchfield, Middlesex, New London, Tolland and Windham counties. Petro also has depot locations in Brookfield, Canton, North Haven and Norwalk. We offer automatic heating oil delivery, propane, plumbing, air conditioner repair, installations and servicing, generators and heating system repairs and servicing.

Description of Work: We have an oil contract with petro.. They are fine in the oil dept, though their techs are not great. Biggest issue is that I have had to call in emergency oil two of the last 5 fills... Also, they called with a stop delivery the other day, but realized this was an error on their part! Finally, their online login process is like logging into the NYA. Why so secure?

Description of Work: They supplied heating oil on an emergency basis. I am a property manager for two small multiple dwellings in Manhattan. I have just switched from a small fuel oil company to Petro, the largest supplier in the NE. Their customer service includes a 24/7 live answering service for emergencies. Their customer representative is excellent, responsive, and thoroughly professional. I referred to the emergency above. They were on it without delay. It is a strong expectation that Petro will turn out to be a well-considered choice.

I PAY AROUND $400 A MONTH FOR THEIR SERVICE, WHICH I THINK IS VERY REASONABLE. THEY ARE VERY ATTENTIVE AND RESPONSIBLE. IN AN EMERGENCY, THEY COME OUT VERY QUICKLY. THEY ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT I AM WELL TAKEN CARE OF.
