Description of Work: Suburban Sanitation came out to my home for a routine cleaning and inspection of the septic tank. They had a map of where the tank could be found before they came to the house and they completed the work on the day they promised. They called me afterward to let me know that all was fine and they would send me a reminder card when it's time for the next check up.

Description of Work: Two servicemen arrived right on time, located my tank quickly, and pumped/inspected it. I was curious about the process and they were great at explaining everything they were doing and why. Excellent experience. Price was fair, and I will certainly use them again.

Description of Work: Everything was handled as promised, the only thing that was a bit difficult was that the window for service was for the entire day, and was only given my final two hour window the day of the service, which made scheduling around the service more challenging.

Description of Work: Septic tank pump-out. |It went well. I did have problem with one lid that crumbled. No fault of Ray (or was it Roy?), I'll refer to him as "R". |R was helpful by providing names of companies who may have replacement lids. Hunting~down the proper lid is another story.

 + -1 moreI could not be home when they came to do the work. When I arrived home after work the job was completed, the yard was neat and a receipt explaining everything that had been completed was in my front door.
Description of Work: Septic Tank pumping service for a single family home. Done neatly and on time. They do require payment in advance if you use a credit card and are a first time customer.

 + 1 moreThey totally dug out the old sceptic system and put in the new system which includes a huge tank and a huge leaching field. Then they fixed the land, they land landscaped all the land where they had to work and where the trucks had to drive because they had to drive over the property to get to the place. It was a nightmare. We will use them in the future.
Description of Work: End of September we had SSS Suburban Sanitation SVC to replace the old sceptic system and put in the new one. We spent $20000 on it.
