This is the second house that I have trusted Suburban Sanitation with the replacement of the septic system. I trust them (in particular Mark and his crew) because they are extremely knowledgeable regarding the design of the system, quality products to use, and working through the permitting process. Most importantly they communicate with the client and always do what they promise. Mark is in charge of all of this and does his job extremely well.This latest septic system was a tricky install in a wetland area in a town with a complicated permitting process (and in the middle of winter.) Hopefully no more septic systems for me, but if I did need one replaced I would hire Suburban Sanitation again.

Called at 5 pm on Saturday; they arrived at 7 pm. The clog was found and the tank pumped out by 8 pm. Very pleased with promptness, courtesy and efficiency.

The crew called an hour beforehand to let us know they might be delayed 15 or 20 minutes by traffic. They showed up otherwise on time, performed all the work, explained the fees in detail (exactly as quoted on the phone, with a little extra money for digging at the rates they had indicated beforehand); gave us a report of what kind of shape the tank was in, how full, etc.; explained the size, location and condition of the ports; and provided us with a report for the town, should we need one. They were prompt, professional, thorough, detailed and on-target with the price. Will definitely use them for septic work from now on.

They were excellent. They were very responsive and very professional. They were available when I needed them so that was good.

Nearly two years after our leach field was replaced by Suburban Sanitation one area sunk a bit and water accumulated on the surface. When I contacted Mark from Suburban he fixed the problem without hesitation or cost to me. A great company!!

The service person was polite and knowledgable. He came early and was finished pretty quickly. will definitely call them in the future.

In a matter of minutes, our downstairs bathrooms had backed up and overflowed. It had been over a year since I had had the system pumped but had been told we could go two years. Anyway, it was an emergency and these two gentlemen responded when I could not get my regular company to respond. They arrived when they said they would, told me what they would do to see what the problem was and then fix the problem. They told me prices and how long things would take. We were very pleased.

30 We needed to have the leach field of our 1955 cape replaced because it had failed and was leaving the backyard a wet mess. We were very worried because this property is where my very elderly mother in law and her live in caretaker reside. We wanted the leach field fixed but were worried about disruption. All I can say is Mark from Suburban Sanitation simply took care of the problem. He handled everything in an extremely professional manner (even impressing the health department inspector with his knowledge). Everything was completed beyond my expectations! I couldn't be happier.

The cover was cracked and falling apart when he removed the dirt. he call his boss and by the time he was finishing up his boss was there with a new cover. Normally $65.00 but the boss told him No charge. We have used this company from the time we moved in 12 years ago. He also mentioned that all septic tank owners should not empty discharge from water Softeners (Salt) because the salt would damage the tank, only use single ply paper for the bathroom, and never clean paint equipment of brushes in the sinks. the pain gets into the leach fields plugs them up. Just wanted to pass that on.

I was asked to call Suburban Sanitation around 7:30 a.m. on the day they were scheduled to pump and inspect our septic tank for a four hour window. Before I had a chance to call, the truck was at our house. The driver was very courteous and professional. He had the tank pumped and inspected in about 45 minutes. I will be using them in the future.

I called Suburban Sanitation Service, Inc's. Canton office and they were quick to come out and analyze the problem with the leach field. Being that it was winter time and the ground was pretty frozen and covered with snow they were still able to quickly figure out what was going on. They were polite and courteous and professional at all times. I specifically dealt with Jon Carroll who was always punctual and very responsive to my concerns. The work was completed in a timely fashion. The work was done by a very competent crew and I was pleased with my experience with them. I was spending a good hunk of change but felt comfortable in doing so.

My septic tank was over flowing. I called SSS and the lady on the phone was extremely helpful and took the time to explain what might be happening in my particular situation. She even took the time to get details on my septic system that were filed with the town. She setup an appointment for me and the crew came out right on time. Some workers tend to shy away when the homeowner is present and is interested in what is going on, these guys were polite and explained what they were doing, how I could prevent the problem and good general practices for my particular septic system. The price was fair and competitive. I would highly recommend this company. Additionally their website is top notch, which I also find important in todays internet based market place.

Job went well. We had a clog and a small backup into our basement shower. they came within 2 hours of my call, got the system cleaned out and operational in about 75 min. Couldn't ask for better service.

They were very prompt, and receptive to coming out asap, as we thought there may be a problem. I do not remember the exact pricing, but seemed ok and fair would use them again, Yes

They were very good with the service. The work has always been good. Everything with the professionalism and quality were top notch. We have used them several times for the septic tank pumping.

I was just disappointed in the young man's lack of caring about my flower gardens that he didn't have to trample when he was trying to find the opening. And since they had to make a return visit, it was just left at " we'll return sometime to tomorrow" since they needed two men and a full tank to get ours moving.

The tank was very full because the last company didn't pump out both tanks three years ago. They had a difficult time but did an excellent job anyway. The recommended ways of keeping it more clear in the future, they were professional and friendly as well. They did an excellent job.

They were awesome. Called on a Saturday morning and they came within an hour and a half. Office staff explained pricing prior to arrival, no surprises or price gouging. Very impressed! Would use them again.

The were excellent. Dug up both covers without pause or complaint. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Debbie in the office has been super helpful, and John who did the site work was great. He worked in a timely manner and charged us very fairly. We were not able to be at the house when the excavation work was being completed, but I totally trusted John to give me an honest assesment and a fair price. I was very pleased at the work he did and I will only use SSS in the future for any of my septic work

I had an exceptional experience witrh Suburban, tehy were very easy to work with and we very professional. they worked with me to monitor the teank for a week to ensure the tank was not leaking, then inspected and pumped the tank. They wrote a detailed report and were great to work with. I've used them in the past for inspections and pumping and will continute to use them. I highly recommend Suburban.

I could not be home when they came to do the work. When I arrived home after work the job was completed, the yard was neat and a receipt explaining everything that had been completed was in my front door.
