The project went very smoothly.

Very positive experience. I recently purchased a home and during the home inspection, the inspector noted termite damage. The seller insisted that there were no active insects. The home inspector saw no activity, but recommended a liquid treatment. In negotiating repairs, this was one item I let go, but wanted to address as soon as possible and before I moved in with my family. I called Michael on a Tuesday afternoon, and he arranged to perform the inspection the next day. He gave me a two hour window, for arrival, but arrived about 5 minutes into the window which was fabulous, given it was close to 100 degrees out, and I hadn't had the chance to move any air conditioners into the house! Michael was very thorough in his inspection, checking both inside and out, as well as a shed on the property. He noted that there was no indication of previous liquid treatment, but more importantly to me, found that there is no current activity. Michael offered his services in the future should I need it, He was personable and professional throughout the inspection and didn't push any products or services, which I found refreshing. I appreciate the timely service and would unequivocally recommend Michael's Carpenter Ant and Termite Services

Returned my call promptly, arrived as said, courteous and explained follow up in one week (nothing showed, so did not repeat above). Guaranteed to control ants for 6 months.

He gave personal service, explained things to us, and took a lot of time with us to explain what he was doing and why. All the bugs are gone now.

What I particularly like about them is that I can call them back anytime and they don’t ask any questions. They are very thorough and very punctual. They explain what the issues are. They don’t just go around the house spray or do whatever. They explain to me why I am having the issues that I am having. They spray one time outside and the next time it would be inside. I have recommended them to other people. I will continue to use them in the future.

Michael initially called me with 24 hours. He was professional and courteous. He arrived as scheduled and did what he was contracted to do. He reviewed different payment plans and the plan for follow up visits. I would recommend his services.

Michael's Carpenter Ant & Termite Services, LLC Was really good. Michael came out himself at first and inspected everything he was really thorough. Then another guy came out and treated our place.

We had windows replaced and the installer found one wall full of carpenter ants. He said despite his generous use of Raid, we needed a professional. We had recently gotten a mailing from Angie's List so I looked there. I found Michael's,( they even had a discount coupon!). I called and got a prompt call back, Michael came and gave us an inapection and estimate. With the good Angies rating we just took it and didn't even call anyone else. We set up an appointment when we were ready. The technician was prompt, professional; explained everything to my husband and left us the information sheets on everything he'd used. It's standard for carpenter ants to do a three step application and the remaining 2 are yet to come. Haven't seen one ant since.

Overall, I felt he was professional and thorough and would highly recommend the services of Michael's Carpenter Ant and Termite Services. This is one of the few times that I have no negative comments and can give an a strong recommendation without any reservations.

We found this company to be trustworthy, reliable, very knowledgeable, thorough in the treatment and in the inspection, reasonably priced. They did not try to oversell services that we did not need. We have completed the initial treatment out of 4 throughout the year and so far all has gone acording to plan. We'll evaluate the efficacy of the treatment in the coming months but based on how Michaels has handled things so far we have no concern that any unforseen issues would not be satisfactorily addressed. As of now there are none and we are fortunate to have found them. January 13 update. We have received 3 out of the four treatments and still have no remaining pest problems. There is one remaining visit in the spring which we look forward to. The treatment was effective and convinient.
