Well. I opted for seasonal services and have use them even when they weren't scheduled. Some technicians are more thorough and knowledgeable than others. Brian the technician is GREAT!

Michael showed up when he said he would, He walked around the entire perimeter of our house evaluating both the foundation/sill area as well as soffit and chimney areas for any possible holes which mice could take advantage of. He then came inside the house (following Covid protocols) to evaluate the basement from the inside. He mentioned a few things of which we should be aware but there was nothing needing immediate action. He presented a service they could provide but never pressured us to do anything. He clearly explained everything that would be done as well as how mice generally gain access. I would recommend them to handle any sort of pest control.

Excellent work performed, arrived on time and ready to go to work. They stand by their work and would hire again without hesitation.

Too far away from my house and much too expensive. I was able to get great service from a company in next town and a 1/3 of the cost

Due to height of our chimney, two men were needed to handle the ladders in order to evaluate the situation and measure for the cap. Due to a problem in the masonry at the very top of the chimney, they were unable to do the job but recommended that we search Angie's list for a different type of contractor. They were very helpful and didn't charge for the visit. They did spot a few other issues for us to keep an eye on, but didn't yet require their services. I would definitely call them back when needed.

I did not use this contractor hope you were not told otherwise!

He came on time, explained why stinkbugs were almost impossible to exterminate but he could spray on the outside of the house which may decrease the number who came in.

Very well. The exterminator was very professional and explained everything with great details.

They located spaces on roof line where small animals could get in. Suggested that a roofer or carpenter replace the damaged wood. No charge was incurred. If there is an infestation of live animals I will hire him to take care of it. Thank you.

The person who came to evaluate the property was prompt and professional. He clearly explained the recommendations which required follow-up visits. The tenant was pleased with the outcome.

Luckily, we had somekind of harmless ant that did not require eradication. We requested a pesticide application anyways. Tanya was great and we would use again.

Michael and Mike did an "exclusion" to prevent mice from entering the house. They plugged every possible entry point from top to bottom, and sprayed for ants, wasps and other pests and got us on a regular treatment program. They set more mouse traps, but since they did the "exclusion" - which was six weeks ago - I've had no mice or ants. They did great work and I couldn't be happier!

The tech came out in a prompt manner. Checked everything out . He took his time and was not in any rush to move on. I was impressed. He was friendly and knew his stuff. Explained that the mud structure I was seeing was mud wasps and not termites. I had scraped it off but he knew right away by looking at what was left of it. I give these people high grades. They are not out to make a buck but telling a fabrication or story. I would use them again in a heart beat. :) No charge for the inspection. Joe

Michael was very knowledgeable and professional, explaining every detail to me before I hired him. He also allayed my wife's concerns about the insecticide being used around my kids and pets, which was a big issue for her. A few days after the first treatment, I ceased seeing ants in my home. After about 1 week, I noticed tons of dead ants where the main satellite nests had been identified by Michael (which he warned me I would find). I have had 1 of the 4 follow up treatments done, and so far I'm pleased with the results. Follow up was scheduled via text messages, which was very convenient.
