The owner was professional, friendly, and prompt! We will definitely use him again. He did not charge us for the visit because he instructed us in how we could fix the problem ourselves! That is a truly honest salesperson.

Final results showed no termites. Michael was very professional and thorough in his inspection which took about 30-40 minutes. At the end he provided a tutorial on what real termites would look like if ever present. The good news - no termites :) Thanks Michael!!!!! Highly recommend

It went very well. I am very pleased with the service and the contractor.

Emailed company in the Fall for work to be done in the Spring. He said he would be in touch early Spring. When I didn't hear from him I emailed him again but got no response. After 2 weeks, I emailed him one more time and still got no response. Had to use someone else.

All good. Mike is a nice guy, and he was ready to go when he came over. Mike came twice and didnt seem pushy, which I appreciated. (only nit: i think they should tie their company name to the website name.)

Work done by owner Michael, and also Mike. Here for probably 6-7 hours overs 3 days. Very professional and pleasant. Only time will tell for sure that bee's won't return, but we have every confidence in the work done.

Technician was thorough and able to answer all questions regarding process including any potential toxicity issues for pets.

We had some black ants so went through Angie's List and found Michael's. They are professional, licensed, use environmentally & pet friendly chemicals and reasonable. The call and schedule promptly. Service is courteous and prompt.

Very efficient and reliable. Came out assessed the situation, set mouse traps, sealed the exterior of the house. He returned three times to check the traps. This service came with a 6 month guarantee. Others that I called were in the thousands of dollars and some wanted to use poison traps. I was very pleased with his service.

Owner Michael Caldwell conducted a thorough inspection taking ample time to make sure we understood his findings. He pointed out the problem areas, recommended a treatment plan and explained what to expect as the treatments take effect. Scheduling the first treatment was convenient as they were sensitive to our busy schedule. The technician was courteous, efficient and professional. Lots of dead ants! Michael's also offers a 10% discount for prepayment.

I had 2 bee nests when I called Mike. He returned my call quickly and arrived on time the next day. He assessed the situation from inside and outside the house. He identified the bees as yellow jackets, explained what was going on and the action he was going to take. He took his time and handled everything professionally and responsibly. One of the nests had settled inside the ceiling in the sunroom. Mike intentionally applied the dust from the exterior the home because he believed the ceiling may not have needed to be repaired. He had to come out a second time for that nest. The following week, I found two more nests outside the home and called Mike. There was an additional but smaller charge for these nests, which is understandable. He took care of those in only one visit. I?m happy to say all of the nests are now inactive. I need to repair a small portion of my ceiling in the sunroom. But thanks to Mike, the nest was taken care of quickly and the bees didn?t get through the ceiling and into the house.

Michael called me right back and was here that afternoon. Gave me a quote, great pricing. I accepted it and he was back the next day for the installation/treatment. Very knowledgeable. I would definitely use him again.

I called Michael's for termite control service. I had previously had Terminix and would NEVER deal with them again, so I was looking for a local small business to provide the service. Michael responded very quickly, and we made an appointment for the same week. He arrived at the time we had agreed. He did a very thorough check of the basement, where I had previously had termite activity, and also checked the detached garage. He concluded that nothing needed to be done at this point, and recommended to check again in 12 months. Best of all, his initial inspection was free of charge. He left a business card and brochure, which provided more details about the services he provides. I was very impressed by his professional attitude, friendliness, punctuality and by the service he provided, and have no hesitation to recommend him.

They are very good and very informative. They came here and explained to me the short range and long range. I've been most happy with them so far. They did whatever they do to make the carpenter ants go away. The owner came out, walked around, listened to what I had to say, made some recommendations. Then he sent one of his guys. He was the most interactive, he explained to me what he was doing, the different applications, how it would all work, what to expect, what the possibilities were if we would see the ants and where we would see them. Overall, I thought that the price was reasonable. I think that their approach is to listen to you, they explain what to do, the chemicals that they use, the licenses they have. They also show you all of the license they have from the state. I was very happy with the price for what I am getting.

It went well. We had a different technician for the outside treatments for termites and carpenter ants and a different one for the inside ants.

It went very well. They were very professional and clean. They explained everything very well. It was just a good experience. I would use them again.

We just felt charging us $239 for regular house/pavement ants was ridiculous! I had informed the guy I was calling him about carpenter ants, so he then was going to charge us $595 for carpenter ants, roaches, mice, rats, spiders,etc! WHAT? I never said we had a problem with any of those. He was professional and timely but I would not use him nor would I recommend him.

It went very well. I called on Friday and he came on Monday, after I explained that our house was under contract for purchase, the buyers' inspection had shown evidence of termites, but no actual termites, and the buyers had a large company give an estimate for $2100, which they insisted we pay. Michael showed up right on time, explained everything to us, showed us what he was looking at - and confirmed that there was evidence of termites. He gave us an estimate that was $600 less than the major company. We ended up negotiating with the buyers to pay half if they used Michael's services. It was agreed that they will contract with Michael after the closing. Michael is clearly a knowledgeable professional with whom we felt very comfortable.

My son was the listing agent for this property. When the home inspection revealed prior termite damage to the property, he scheduled a couple of pest control contractors to provide us with free estimates. Michael's gave his client theirs on April 17th. Michael and another gentleman showed up on time and fully prepared to assess the situation. They decided against "drilling and filling" like the other contractor wanted to do because they didn't want to damage the slate front steps and advised his client to install traps instead. They didn't schedule the work until May 30th for 9 A.M. By the time my son arrived at 9:15, Michael was already almost done with the 24 or so traps he installed. His client chose Michael's because they showed concern about damaging the property and the trap service contract was transferrable to the buyer. My son wishes they could service his entire New Haven market area because he would definitely use them again.

So far we have found some dead bee's on the ground.

Michael is the owner of the company. He came for the first time to inspect the house and garage inside and out. He noted that a treatment had been done in the past for termites, but there were no active termites. He was very professional and friendly in his explanation regarding the termite treatment that had to take place to prevent termite damage to my house and garage. When I contacted him, he was very punctual. I decided to use his services. He came with one of his helpers and they did an exceptional job. Everything was left clean and in order when the job was finished. I think that the pricing was fair being that other companies charge up to $2,000.00 or more for this service. It was a very positive experience. I would definitely use this company another time, and would highly recommend to others. Thanks, Michael.
