Description of Work: Sprayed and cleared up ant infestation in two sessions (cost of service is for four different times over six month period). Technician explained process thoroughly before beginning. He was very thorough, pleasant and prompt service was great. Definitely worth the price.

Description of Work: asked for beetle extermination and 6 days later they are still crawling around, so I used my own home pest from Home Depot. Had owner out to look at wood floor curling up from a spill of the chemical, and he would not take ownership and actually called me a liar. I had been working on wood floors for 3 months, they are solid hardwood, there was a spill on top of floor( you could see ring) and bootprints walking away from spot. I oput 4 coats of polyurethane on them to protect them and wood is curling up slightly on edges from this chemical spill....Asked him to call technician in front of me, he refused, but it all could have been cleared up if he did. Technician was very good and did some extra things not normally included, but owner said tech didnt do...I was there, owner was not, and I saw him do the extras....That is when owner called me a liar !!! I was appalled, and would NOT reccommend him EVER....still have beetles walking around and a ruined wood floor I just sanded and refinished with 4 coats of water based polyurethane....HORRIBLE experience

Description of Work: Michael came out very quickly, performed a thorough inspection, and proposed a treatment plan. I was very happy with his (and his teams) professionalism and knowledge. I have entered into an annual contract with him that I am very satisfied with.

Description of Work: We purchased a new construction home in the woods and we have been plagued with mice since we moved in. Michaels company found and sealed up entryways into the house and baited any mice left in the attic.. Problem solved.. No more mice.
