Description of Work: Very professional.. I bought the most expensive pakg. Have had same pkg with other providers and was about 150 cheaper. He will, however, come out any time with emergency at not extra cost.

Description of Work: Cleaned furnace, replaced parts, explained the issues. Arrived precisly on time, in clean work uniforms, very friendly, 2 servicemen, worked as a team. Got the job done in no time. Showed me the old replaced parts and once again took time to explain what they had done. Local guys. Excellent!!!!

Description of Work: I purchased a new boiler from Accurate Oil last month after extensive research into the best replacement boiler for my home. Fred came to my home to quote the installation, and I was impressed with his knowledge and honesty. I was very pleased to have the owner of the company perform the installation, rather than an employee with less experience. The installation was performed on time, and at the quoted price. As a mechanical engineer who serviced my own oil boiler, I am selective about the quality of the components,and I was very pleased with the installation. |I would defiantly recommend!

Description of Work: Our burner was not working and we had a not heat. We have a ill person in a hospital bed. We called Fred and he dropped what he was doing and came and fixed furnace. The temperature was 10 degrees outside and were were up and running in 15 minutes.

 + 0 moreThey will be here next week to perform the annual maintenance as they have each year. They are flexible with scheduling, prompt and they know their business. Furnace maintenance / repair is all they do and they do it well. They are honest and the quality of their work is excellent. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Fred and Cory of Accurate Oil Burner Service have been servicing our furnace and hot water tank since they formed their business after leaving the oil company we had used in the past. They were therefore, already familiar with us and our furnace system. They do our annual maintenance each fall.

They are very quality-oriented. They take great pains to be certain the long-term value is evident. Quality of workmanship, materials and customer service is very important to these guys. I find their pricing to be very reasonable, but more than that, they've offered me exceptional peace of mind. And I consider this type of service to be priceless! I will always, always, call Fred and Cory first. Great guys!!
Description of Work: Fred and Cory are an outstanding Accurate Oil Burner team! My first intro to these guys was December 26, 2011, following the shut down of our furnace for unknown reasons on Christmas Day. My husband had died a few months earlier and I had no clue what needed to be done. I called based upon a random recommendation. Without hesitation, they came. They got the furnace operating in short order while offering suggestions for our future approach. And because I felt I needed to begin the learning process, I asked them to explain the details of the approach. They patiently reviewed EVERY aspect with me. Because they knew I was struggling, they contacted me several weeks later and offered gentle guidance on scheduling. They replaced my antiquated water heater with a high tech energy-efficient model, revamped the vintage heating & zoning setups, installed a new thermostat in the family room, and ensured all was safe for my boys and I. It was the best night's sleep I'd had in months... I called several weeks ago about the hot water relief valve. Again, they were exceptionally kind and helpful. They came out immediately and replaced the valve. On both occasions, they called to verify the work had been completed and I arrived home to find the work area was cleaner than when they arrived!
