Very well. Called as a new customer on a Friday and they showed up Saturday morning. Good communication when they were running a few minutes late (Try that with one of the giant oil company service departments). Fred and Cory were professional and precise. They drained the tank (system), replaced a valve and retorqued the domestic hot water coil faceplate. They were done in less than an hour. A pleasure to do business with!

I had a strong smell of heating fuel whenever the furnace kicked on. I had two different service companies out. Neither fixed the problem. They both figured the smell was all in my head. (Wasn't - they just couldn't smell it as they were use to the smell of heating oil in their profession.) . I was pretty frustrated by this time and someone finally recommended I call Accurate Oil Burner Service. I called. Fred and Cory discovered that the settings were way too high for this house. In other words, the fuel that was being put into the burner was way to excessive leaving the unburned fuel to go thru the vents and cause the odor. Why the other guys didn't catch this, who knows? They adjusted this, checked the heat exchanger for leaks, and get this.... I received a phone call the following day from Fred making sure that the problem had been resolved! I told him was still getting an odor but a different one this time. He figured out that as my basement was tightly insulated, when the furnace kicked on, it pulled the basement air from a few feet of damp dirt foundation into the system. This dirty basement air was the second smell. He recommended I have a FAN IN A CAN installed. This brings outside air into the furnace. Problem solved. I am so happy with Fred and Cory of Accurate Oil Burner Service that I had to write a review. (Note - I don't tend to write reviews but I am so happy to have this problem fixed, I figured it was the thing to do.)

They delivered and installed the equipment on time and with superior workmanship. They have a lot of experience and were a pleasure to have working in my home. Completely honest and professional in every way. Going forward I won't use anyone else!

They are the best around. The service is fine. Obviously, I would be happy if the price was a little lower, but it is worth paying them a little more because they are trustworthy and they do a good job. Their price is a little higher than I thought it should have been.

Fred and Cory of Accurate Oil Burner Service, Deep River, CT are by far thee most professional and knowledgeable furnace professionals I have ever met. They worked together to address the cleaning of my furnace (after a few years of neglect) and repair/replace the flue pipe that had a big hole in it at the chimney. Each explained every question I had about various parts of the job. They left the furnace room as clean as it was when they arrived. Fred even made a call to Northeastern Chimney while still there for me because he wanted to make sure that an issue with my chimney was address by the best. Since Northeastern don't typically come to Guilford (in West Hartford) Fred asked them to come to address the problem because he knew it needed the best and he had developed a relationship with them. He didn't want my problem handled by anyone else. What furnace professional ever looks out after a clients best interest like this anymore. Thank you to Accurate and to Fred and Cory!!

Fred and Cory were punctual and professional. It was apparent right away that they are installers and know their business. The $208 was the cost of lowering and shielding our flue pipes and materials. They only charged me one hour for the labor but I'm pretty sure they spent more than an hour on that project. The routine annual cleaning was under an annual maintenance plan that was in addition to the $208 for moving the flue. We couldn't be happier with these two guys. We wanted a service contract that was not tied in with the usual oil contract and we got it. I hope they are around for a long time to come.

This is the third year we have had Accurate Oil Burner Services preform our yearly check, there have been on time , as scheduled, at quote. I would recommend them!

They came on time were efficient and seemed likes all was finds.

I had eight different estimates for this complete furnace replacement and new water heater installation. Accurate’s wasn’t an estimate, it was to the penny and their attention to detail, both during the initial estimate and the installation were amazing.

I got a very prompt response after I called, was able to get service in a reasonable ammount of time and they showed up when they were supposed to. Fred was timely, efficient and an old knowledge resource expert. He resolved an issue that has been going on for four years prior to his service. Meaning the previous service provider failed where he did not. He was great!

They always think of my son and do nice things. They watch out for me, and they are true gentleman. They keep me honestly advised on what I need and don't need with my furnace system.

Excellent. I was told by oil company a new furnace would be necessary and someone highly recommended. I call Fred/ Accurate Oil before replacing furnace. I am so happy I did as he repaired the original furnace resulting in far less of an expense. Fred was excellent in every case.

I've been using them for 4 years now and I've been very happy with their work. After the first time they came, I had to go down to inspect the unit because it was so quiet. They obviously know how to work on this type of stuff. They come on time. They are very reliable and professional. They also keep everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend them.
