In the end the job was completed correctly. Unfortunately there were a few hiccups during the process that were quit frustrating, but it all ironed out in the end. One important thing is the installers need to speak English to be able to communicate with the person they are installing for. I believe that is important to prevent lack of good communication which happened. The owner was very understanding of the concerns during the completion, so that was very good It did show me that he stands behind his work.

They did a very nice job restoring my wood floor at what I thought was a very fair price.

The floor polyurethane application left to be desired. The quality of the oak wood used was inferior. The workers did not speak or understand English making difficult to communicate.

I hered VRP Floors to install vinyl in basement. The representative and the owner Horacio they were very responsive and finished the project on time as promised. I'd definitely hire them again

Horacio Pupim was paid 6,000.00 to start work. In two days he was texting me threats that he was leaving and would put a lien on the home. While he already received the funds he was unaware. At no time did he try to resolve the matter professionally. I contacted him to get 5,400.00 back (less 600.00 for work done. ) He texted he was watching his fights on TV, would not get to his accounts and he knew I was a rich lady. Shocking lack of basic skills needed to talk with people.

I am a painter by trade and unfortunately had to paint after the floor was installed. A curse and a blessing, I noticed a number of gaps between floor boards that are visible from eye level. We spent $8,000 on flooring and $4,000 for installation for about 1500 sq ft, I would have expected more leveling to be done for that price. Now that furniture has settled 3 months later there are a number of spots in the home that squeak. Overall a pretty good job, started work within a week and cost never changed. Communicated well throughout the project, quality could have been better

Excellent detail, they did a great job in difficult areas in the corners and near the fireplace. Definitely would hire them again.

I have 115 year old wooden floors that have been covered for decades, after they were quite beat up. I honestly did not think they would be able to bring them back to a serviceable condition, but wanted to try anyway. The floors look SPECTACULAR. Far beyond what I even hoped for. These guys did an amazing job and I would recommend them to anyone.

They were wonderful. They came when we were ready for them and finished the project right on time. They were always available to answer questions and were a pleasure to work with. The quality of the workmanship was superb.

I hired VRP Flooring because of all the great reviews I saw online. First I want to say the owner did a great job of being quick with setting up a viewing and coming out to the house. He informed me it was a 1-day job since I was moving in 3 days later that worked great for me. At my home, he showed me examples and I picked the one I liked. Unfortunately, I received a quote for water base flooring instead of the pictured floor. The floors still came out great regardless so I am happy with the work although it was not what I selected. The shoe molding needed to be done the next day, the crew arrived at 12 pm when the time was 9:30-10:30. They installed white shoe molding which was installed a bit too far from the wall and when I looked closer it all had scuff marks, brown marks, black marks. It looked like someones hands were dirty and they got it on the molding. The owner refunded me $100 for the shoe molding which was awesome of him and he communicated well when I asked for the refund. I was disappointed with my experience because I did not get what I actually wanted and now I need to paint the molding to remove all the marks.

We would highly recommend VRP flooring! They gave us a free estimate to repair and refinish our hardwood floors and completed the job less than a week later. They did fantastic work and were very friendly to work with!

They were our lowest bid of (3) bids. They were extremely knowledgable. They took time to help us select our color once floors were sanded and we could test on the wood. They worked quickly and they covered cabinets etc with plastic and then cleaned up afterwards. We would definitely hire them again.

The workers were a pleasure to have in my house. They worked very hard and very neat.

The crew were prompt efficient and courteous. Great responsiveness from the office as well. I would definitely use then again.
