when we contacted them for a quote, they made the appt very quickly. they finished the job in 1 day. we asked the company if they would ammend one issue with the job, and they came right out and fixed what we wanted. great customer service at a very fair price. good quality work.

Overall great experience. Slight miscommunication on the area to be worked on but was resolved quickly on the day of the project starting.

Excellent job and a company with integrity! We contracted with VRP to sand/refinish our 60+ year old red oak floors. The transformation was super impressive as the sanding and clear satin finish really highlighted the natural beauty of the oak. Work crew cleaned up after themselves well. We also contracted for the installation of same flooring in a small area over exposed subfloor. VRP mistakenly installed incorrect type and width of oak plank on initial and second attempt. Apologies were expressed and VRP quickly scheduled the "make good". Third attempt was the charm and that speaks to the integrity of this company. Leo and Horatio kept their word and are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. At no time was final payment requested until we were completely satisfied. We will certainly recommend VRP Flooring to our local friends and neighbors!

The whole process was really great. Quick to respond, fair quote, great follow up, work was done really well, and clean up was super. Highly recommend them.

VRP was exceptional. They removed our old carpet, installed new wood flooring and did it quickly, quietly and professionally. We never even knew they were here except for the beautiful floors which replaced the carpet. We would absolutely use them again and I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of wood flooring!! Communication was also wonderful!

They did an excellent and very quick job. I would definitely recommend them for the price. Just know the product they offer is the basic brands from Homedepot. Which was fine for me and for the price they were well worth it! Great to work with, polite, and efficient.

Helpful communication and information regarding options and products, favorable pricing, quick availability, efficient workers, and quality workmanship. We are very pleased with the finished work.

Absolutely terrible. The contract stated they would use a floor leveler to level out the old tile and put new flooring on top. They started putting down new floor without the leveler, when questioned they said it was level which it was not. After speaking to the boss, they removed the flooring and put down some compound over the old tile lines. They left and arrived back hours later to finish the job. The flooring was finished but the transition was not. They stated they would be back by Saturday to finish the transition. By Wednesday no one had come back. By this time the floor was making sounds every time u step and shifting under your feet. You could actually see the floor dip down every time u step because it was not level underneath. I reached out and requested a refund and the flooring be taken up. When they arrived to take the flooring up they removed all the trim and peeled paint off my actual wall. After removing the new floor, the â  levelingâ  compound was still stuck to the old flooring. They stated they would have to research on how to remove it. So now Iâ  m left with no trim on all the walls, peeling paint and a floor that has dried compound stuck to it. I did receive my refund but it was a terrible experience and now I have a bigger mess than I started with.

VRP Flooring did a fabulous job installing and finishing the floors in my upstairs hallway and one of the bedrooms. Will have them come back to do another bedroom later this year and an additional project in 2023.
