We were very happy with the service. We were not able to repair the carpet, but, Horace brought samples of new carpeting and was able to install within 48 hours. We decided last minute to also replace the carpeting on the stairs the day they were installing, and they were able to add that on and do the stairs the same day. They moved all of the furniture and moved all of the furniture back, making sure everything was where we wanted it. Excellent customer service and plenty of workers to get the job done in a timely manner! We would definitely recommend.
