They work very cohesively and quickly! We were incredibly content to get our flooring in two floors completed in one day. It is a solid value for your money- they work with you to meet your needs. Definitely will be using VRP again in the future.

I was planning to install laminate flooring myself, in my sun porch. But I was too busy and decided to post the job on home advisors. VRP reached out immediately. They were able to come and measure within a few days, and were available to install the next day. For the price, it didn t make sense for me to do it myself. The job was done quickly and it looks very nice. They cared about details like cleaning up and shoe molding.

The job is well done. I m impressed how quickly was the job (700sqf) completed.

VRP had my floors installed in one day. They hit the budget I needed and when there was an issue with our existing trim they fabricated a new one on the spot.

My husband and I hired VRP Flooring to install hardwood floors in 5 rooms plus 1 hallway of our home. Upon completion of installation, which took 2 days (which was very late on the last day evening), they were PAID IN FULL. We inspected the floors the very next morning and to our dissatisfaction there were numerous defects (in every room) in the wood AND damages to our original moldings and walls. Pieces of the molding were missing and there were holes in the walls above the moldings. There are visible nails, a variety of holes, (excluding knots), scratches l(long and short), dents, placement of floors are not aligned and creaks in the floors. We pointed out these defects/damages to Horacio and his father, they told us they would return to fix these defects/damages. They returned twice two weeks later, but did not complete the defects/damages (which they tried to fix/restore with putty). In the meantime, I cannot organize my home because of the markings I have placed on the floors for visibility of the defects/damages. I have reached out to Horacio via text messages and telephone calls, leaving messages for him. He has not returned any of my calls or text messages. GHOST! VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!

This company is top notch. I was contacted right away and was quickly set up for an interview. The workmanship was excellent and the men worked hard as they had to move heavy pieces of furniture around. I had my whole downstairs done and 2 bathrooms. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I had a few minor things that concerned me and at my request, they came back within a day to fix my concerns to my satisfaction.

We had some questions and they were answered quickly but the info. was not given as we expected. Other than that we were very pleased!

The sales representative was unlike most sales persons. HE was straightforward about the facts not at all pushy and the price was ,very fair. the three men who laid the floor were polite and worked quickly,and efficiently. the floor looks great, Thank you
