I would definitely hire VRP Flooring again! I did my online search for carpet stretching on a Tuesday night. Horatio from VRP texted me that same evening and came the next day to provide a free estimate. His two-man team was here right on time on Friday morning to do the repair. Very professional, courteous, and accommodating. Fairly priced too.

Very good experience, fair price, workers are professional, timely and courteous. They did 1k sq foot basement in one day. Took out old carpet moved and put back pool table, large tv stand, a lot of kids toys, no issues. Meet the rep on Monday carpet install Thursday. Very easy, I will use them again.

They installed hardwood floors and refinished some wood stairs and 95% of the job was great. There were a few small issues and Horacio had agreed to have his guys fix the spots on the floor his crew left unfinished and one large scratch they made during installation or putting the furniture back. They have yet to fix the issues and Horacio is now not returning calls or texts. Completely unacceptable they will not follow through with the fixes, I have been following up with Horacio for weeks.

They did a beautiful job on our hallway. They are reasonably priced. They even came back to fix a piece of the floor that wasnâ t sticking. Would recommend.

Professional and fast

Installer was on time, very quick and did a very nice job. Customer service was a little slow getting back to me when I was trying to set up an appointment. Other than that they are a good company.
