I had a bathroom covered in vinyl laminate flooring. I had to ask them to hold up this part of the job to get a carpenter to put in flooring and a section of subflooring. A carpenter evaluate it and said I need 3/4 inch plywood flooring put in. On Saturday, September 4 the salesman, Horacio Pupim, said he wanted to keep the Monday, September 6 date to put in the laminate flooring and that he would get his father to do the needed carpentry. I said to Horacio, If he could put in 3/4 inch plywood in for a comparable or lesser amount, to go right ahead with the job. When the workers came on Monday, they brought a 3/4 inch piece of FIBERBOARD instead and put it in. They were able to get the laminate in but missed finishing the molding in a small section. They were going to finish the job when 1st I discovered that the kitchen floor had been covered in 1/8 inch laminate panels instead of the 1/4 inch solid molded vinyl on the contract. This is the first issue I discovered. The second issue I discovered was the bathroom fiberboard issue because the floor is not solid around the toilet, which was part of the carpentry job that was supposed to happen. So, I am not satisfied with either the kitchen flooring which is abate, and the switch of the flooring product. This is unethical and illegal. The particleboard floorboards in the bathroom are shoddy workmanship. I am thinking of redoing it myself and putting tiles in. With an unsolid floor, this would be impossible now.

It's rare today to get what you pay for and even rarer to feel that you really got a good value for your money. These guys were terrific! I will hire them for the rest of the floors in the house without question.

Workers were on time, got the job done, worked late. The job would have been better done in two days.

The price was right, the work was done well, and I'm happy with the floors. They offered to do the work the day after the estimate. Work was completed quickly but did not feel rushed.

Made an enquiry on HomeAdvisor and Horacio responded almost immediately. The sales guy came out and showed the samples and in a few minutes got a lesser quote. Decided to do floors prior to moving in so the area was already empty. A little disappointed as I wanted a darker oak shade and got a lighter tone. Nevertheless,, The promptness, efficiency and timely manner the job was done is commendable. They were quiet, courteous and respected my place. The movers loved my floors.. This family owned business is worth referring to others!!

Quick from beginning to end

They did not show up on time. Appointment for 08/14/21 at 8:00. Showed up at 11:14. The did not know what they were supposed to do. Then said they could move the furniture that was included in the quote and stated that they did not have the equipment to do the job. They left without doing anything. You should not recommend companies that are not dependable.

You need to be at the job with them. I had to tell the guys three times to take care of a spot, they never did but it was a min-Ute thing… fortunately.
