Joel took the time on Christmas day to try to troubleshoot with me over the phone my heating issue. He provided multiple options after diagnosing the issue over the phone. He arrived promptly the very next day to complete the job. He was very professional and I would hire him again.

Joel spent over an hour on the phone with me to try to trouble shoot the problem with my furnace with the hope that he could save me money. Joel was patient, but I lost my patience. I asked him to come to check out the problem in person. He arrived in 40 min and then worked on the furnace for another hour. By going thru several tests, he accurately identified the cause of the issue. However, to fix it requires replacing the main board which he does not carry. He hooked me up with a larger company right away for the replacement. At the end, he charged me $0, as he said he did not fix the problem. Such an honest technician! Joel will be my go-to guy in the future for any appliance issues.

Came within 2 hours. Diagnosed the problem and fixed within 1 hour of arrival. Great customer service. Didn't think companies like this still existed.

Called and Joel came out the same day to look at my central AC as it just stopped working. He found the problem pretty quickly and was able to complete the repairs within an hour. Very reasonable rate and I would highly recommend him!

Joel was very good in figuring out the problem. Since there was a bigger work and joel could not fix the issue immediately, he did not charge for any work done.

Joel came to my home and checked my AC. He took his time explaining to me what needed to be done, he was very patient and professional. He did not charge me for the diagnostic because he said it was not necessary. That tells me that Noel is an honest technician and he cares for his clients. I do recommend him 100%.

Curtis was so professional right from the beginning of scheduling AC repair with him. He updated me on timing and showed up when he said was was going to. He started with a less expensive approach by changing batteries in thermostats before attempting to look at the unit itself. He had the right parts and fixed the problem right away. Super fast, friendly and exceptional service! Every company I called was at least a week or two out to repair our central air unit. Joel was here in 30 min and had it fixed in 10 min. The cost to repair was less than what most companies charge just to come look and diagnose it! Would highly recommend to anyone!

I heard from Joel within a couple of hours after going on Home Advisors. I didnâ t expect any response,so soon, since it was July 4th. He came right out and found the problem right away. He didnâ t have the correct part but came back the next day, as promised, and fixed the unit. Very efficient, organized, professional, reasonable and he has a great personality. Highly recommend him!
