We came home from vacation on a hot day to a non-working unit. Of course it was the weekend. I was having difficulty getting anyone to even come out before Tuesday to look at the unit. I entered a Home Advisors service request online not really expecting much. Joel called me promptly from my online request. Came to the house within an hour, and was really beyond fantastic. Felt like he treated us like neighbors and not just his next service call on list. So unexpected/rare to have such a great experience on a Saturday with a broken A/C! Highly recommend!

Joel is the ultimate professional and responded without delay! He came to do a quick overview of my Central air unit and graciously did not charge for the visit. Joel came out for a free assessment and to review the course of work, unlike other repair people who charge for their initial assessments. Joel worked with our needs. He educated us on the best options thereby allowing us to make the best choices. He was there the next day to do the install. He was super clean, efficient, and above all professional. I have already recommended him to other personal friends.

The technician was at the house for 15 minutes, diagnosed and fixed the problem and did not charge me. I am so grateful and will call him again whenever I need service again.
