deck cleaning, pressure washing, roof cleaning
+ 1 moreWe are planning to put our house on the market, so we needed the roof and house cleaned. In November 2013, we had Safe Roof Cleaning come and apply their solution to dissolve the black spores, moss and lichen on our large roof. The price was over $1000 for just the roof, but a 5 year warranty was offered. Essentially, the stuff is supposed to slide off the roof over time, with sun exposure and rain. Come April 2014 after a winter with substantial snow fall , there was still a lot of moss and lichen on our roof, so we contacted Safe Roof again. I was told that for an additional fee my roof could get a low pressure wash! And I would have to wait until July! So we contacted Ed from Panoramic Pressure Cleaning, who has power washed my house on numerous occasions at reasonable fees. For the price of $515.80, he did my roof, deck and entire house. Everything turned out great! He is courteous, reliable, and reasonable. I highly recommend him.
