Ed and his co-worker were early and did an excellent job. Very professional and polite! Ed & I did walk around after the job was completed and there were NO spots that needed to be redone. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again!!!.

Good service, the north side of exterior vinyl siding is full of mold. They came then everything looking shinning clean in 90 minutes. Thumb Up!

Ed (Owner of Panoramic Pressure Cleaning) and Al do an excellent job and this is the third year they have been to our home. They are extremely dependable and the concrete surrounding the pool is sparking clean. They also removed most of the moss that grows on the pavers on the north side of the house. In the past, they have also washed the entire house including the windows. We will have them do the entire house next year! Ed returns your call in hours instead of other contractors who sometimes do not call back for days. Ed takes care when removing the leaves from the gutters ensuring that the leaves in the gutters that drain into a hole are removed by hand rather than sending the leaves into the drain potentially causing a blockage. I highly recommend Panoramic Pressure Cleaning!!!!

Ed contacted me very quickly after my quote request and provided me with a prompt quote. Once I accepted the quote, Ed and another gentleman came to my house to perform the job within two days. They did a great job power washing my house and bluestone walkways and patio, which had accumulated molds and mosses. He also cleaned the underside of my gutters, an awning frame, the top of my hot tub, chimney, some stone decorative urns and the blue stone tops of my stone pillars. Ed was thorough, friendly, professional, and prompt. His price was very competitive. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you for a good Spring cleaning!

These guys were great! I was trying to get my house ready to sell and needed my siding, fence, and deck power washed. The only problem was: it was February. Not many people are willing to power wash in the winter. But, these guys were very responsive, kept track of weather forecasts and found a day that worked. They even came out early to shovel some snow hanging around on my deck before doing the power washing. They really went above and beyond. Great work!

It went very well in fact better than expected. The owner Ed called 2 days before to let us know when he would arrive to start the job. Ed did an excellent job overall and we are very pleased with the results. The siding turned out very well and is 100% better than before, the window frames and more stained areas on the siding were cleaned with a brush, and the moss on the gutter guard covers were removed; Ed even got up on the roof to ensure the gutters were clean inside and out. Our siding has ridges which are not easy to clean without brushing. Extra care was taken to ensure the siding was thoroughly cleaned. When the siding is wet, it's difficult to tell if there is any black or green mold/mildew and a few spots were not acceptable when reviewing the house the following day. I called the owner Ed the next day and he came to redo a few spots while we were away on vacation; actually we just returned yesterday and reviewed the affected areas and found the cleaning to be much improved. Ed is extremely professional and worked with us to resolve this minor issue - the siding looks amazing and we plan on using his company again in the Spring to clean the apron around our pool and the pavers in the walkways around our home. We highly recommend PANORAMIC PRESSURE CLEANING!!!

The roof came out great, however, there was damage to a front window sill. When I called to discuss this potentially minor damage, Ed Ramond, the owner was irate and very unprofessional. He claimed that it could not have been done by his crew and questioned if it had already been chipped as he proceeded to tell me that he was the best contractor around. Ed then said that if the paint was going to chip it was going to chip and it is not a big deal. If so, I asked why are you so defensive and making this a big deal? Once again he explained that he is the best in the business and began yelling some more about issue and did not offer one single solution. Complete lack of professionalism. I hired him based on his reputation but was clearly mislead.

Excellent. From scheduling to appointment reminder to showing up on time went perfect. Al surveyed the work to be done, pointed out areas of concern and proceeded to complete the job. The house and deck looked new upon completion. He moved my deck furniture around so every inch was washed. My plants were safe with a post wash performed by Al. Very pleased.

Stellar work! They are craftsmen at their business. They apply cleaning solution first and then pressure wash. This enables them to clean the house without exerting too much pressure which can damage the paint and wood. The results were fantastic. Rating A+ I will have them back for roof cleaning when the temps are a little cooler - late summer and fall is optimum time.

Our initial call was returned promptly and a date was scheduled to have the house, shed and deck power washed. A reminder call was received and the gentleman arrived at the time we were told he would. After completing the job he had me come outside and showed me what he had done and pointed out areas that were very dirty and he was not able to get 100 per cent clean. My husband also spoke to him about cleaning the gutters and it was suggested we wait until more leaves had fallen to have the gutters cleaned. A date was agreed to, again a reminder call was received and they showed up at the time they said they would. Very pleasant, professional and respectful of our property. Recommend highly and will be hiring again.

The cleaning went well but since they used bleach I believed it killed some Lilly Plants in the flower bed.

Jobs look great. Happy with outcome.
