The installation went great. My dog was trained that day on the flags and picked it up immediately. They even came out on a Sunday. I highly recommend them. I have had my system for 5 years and have NEVER had a problem.

In that period of time we have had 5 dogs ranging from 90 lb. labs to 10 lb. dachshund and they have all benefitted from a system that protects them and keeps them home when service is needed it is prompt and done in a very professional high quality manner---I look forward to many years of good service in the coming years

Hal was great!!! He came over and went over everything. This guy always answers the phone and is very responsive. His installers came out, installed the fence, and trained my pup. The collar is great, the system is great, everything was exactly as described. They are wonderful people and I would not hesitate to recommend. There was nothing I would say went wrong whatsoever. Give Hal a buzz, you won't be dissapointed!!!!

They installed the fence. They had trouble getting the collars to work so they had to get different ones. everything went well the first year. One of the collars did not work this year so we called and asked for service. He said he would get back to me and did not. I still have a broken collar and have contact the manufacturer to get it replaced since they didn't get back to me. Update: Owner is bending over backwards to correct the issue. Restoring my confidence in the company.

They were on time & did a very good job.

Called Hal after fence we installed ourselves was constantly being broken by lawnmowers. Friendly, professional, reasonable. Team arrived with Hal within a week and installed the fence in a matter of hours. Very accommodating to my request to put the fence at the outer edge of our property which was wooded, tangled and quite difficult terrain. Hal stayed until everything was discussed and then crew did a great job on the fence. They trained the dogs on the use of the fence which went quickly as we had previously had a fence. We have had absolutely no problem with the fence in the 3 months we have had it. They called to see if we were satisfied or if we had any questions or concerns which we did not. For the quality and speed with which the fence was installed I think the price was very reasonable. Our property was over an acre and as I said with difficult terrain. I would heartily recommend them to anyone desiring a high quality dog fence with a reasonable price.

The gentleman who showed up to do the job were polite and professional and went over every step included in the project. They also brought their training dog who had to be one of the most well trained dogs I have ever met. The job took about half the day and everything came out perfect. They were even able to fence off the difficult parts of the yard that include hills and brush. Once they were done they took my dog and the training dog outside to show me (and the dog) how the fence worked. I have not had to put my dog on a leash since. Once they showed the dog the boundaries of the yard we were good to go. After that it was 10 mins or so of chatting and questions and a few more rounds of fetch and they were on their way. I would recommend these guys and this technology to anyone over a regular fence.

It was great from beginnning to end - Hal came over promptly after hearing from us. He spent a good deal of time with us describing his product (and how it differs from his competitors) and answering all of our questions and concerns. We have two small resues who can be anxious; the factor of two dogs of this type had us concerned but we really wanted them to have an alternative to their outside pen. Hal even suggested that the freedom they would gain with the electric fence would calm them. We scheduled an appointment and the installation was really quick and well done; the training was amazing! Joe the trainer and his co-trainer, Roxy the dog, were so good with our dogs and had a positive and lasting impression. Hal immediately and helpfully responded to some questions that popped a few days after installation. We have noticed that our dogs are indeed calmer, they sleep better at night, and are thoroughly enjoying their freedom!

Hal was very responsive. The work was done quickly. His installer arrived as scheduled, explained everything, installed the fence just as we wanted, trained our dog and cleaned it all up! We are very happy with the result.

I had an issue with our collar. Hal, the owner, did everything he could to get it resolved over the phone. When he could not help me he came out and fixed it himself. I am extremely thankful for his level of support during our issue.

Everything was completed in no time. First collar was too much for my dog so the technician replaced with a different model. All works great and my 13 lb dog does not try to chase the deer anymore. Note price did not include taxes which had to be paid at time of service.

Initially I was going to install the invisible fence system myself to save cost. However, after reaching out and speaking with Hal, the owner at Freedom Fence, I was convinced on letting his team of professionals execute the installation and provide training for my dog...and WOW..I am happy I spent the couple extra bucks for his service. Hal and his team were flexible with the initial installation date, one time, professional, courteous and worked with me on installation, even changing, without hesitation, the initial fence perimeter layout after their original install to my liking. Overall and I am 100% satisfied with the Freedom Fence installation and service, and I would recommend anyone, looking for a reliable, trustworthy, professional pet fence installation to call Freedom Fence without hesitation. I did a lot of homework on price, service and installation prior to hiring Hal and the Freedom Fence team, and hands down his price and service are unbeatable! Great job...Happy customer, happy dog! Hal is amazing!!! This man never sleeps..Every time I call, he answers the phone. One time I left a message and he called back within 30 minutes. His willingness to please is above and beyond. He bent over backwards to meet our schedule and constantly follows up. Hal accommodated our hectic schedule by having his team come over in 2 days, once to install the fence and the next day to train our pet. We are so pleased and thankful that our puppy will now be safe and have the time of his life romping around our property. 10 thumbs up!!!!

We are very pleased with the results of our electric fence. We met with Hal from Freedom Fence as he offered the most flexible meeting times. He was timely and provided us with all the information that we could ask for. Our containment system was professionally installed by Joe who also trained our dog, Daisy, along with his own dog, Roxy. Roxy was a great addition to the training program and the product has proved to be outstanding. Since the installation we have contacted Hal for replacement batteries and for some questions. Excellent expiation and execration.

Hal came to explain the system and installation process beforehand. He was extremely friendly and informative. The installation was carried out in an unobtrusive manner. Our property is, but all went smoothly and the system works great.

Freedom Fence did an excellent job. It was not an easy install due to the layout of the yard with stone walls and hedges in the way. But Hal, the owner, assured me that they could get it done and they certainly did. The team he sent out, Joe and John, worked fast and did exactly what I asked. And Wendy, my border collie mix now has the freedom to roam around the yard in safety. Initially, I was not sure if the collar was working properly. I called Hal and he said he would make the hour long drive to help me figure out what was wrong. I decided to do one more check and realized that I was doing something wrong, the fence was working properly and I called Hal who was already on his way. His service product is excellent and his service is second to none. Call Freedom Fence with confidence, they will do the job right and be there to support you in the future.

I saw the promotion. I called the vendor to get a better understanding of what the $99 was for. I was under the impression that the fence cost $99. When Hal arrived he explained that the cost of the fence was $1200. So I declined the service.

The system is superior to the competition and Hal will take the time to sit with you and discuss how it works and what makes Freedom Fence safer for your pet. You will not have to haggle over price because he gives you the best deal up front. It was a pleasure working with Hal and his staff. My dog is now loving running around in the yard with the kids!

Hal obviously has a passion for what he does. He was quick to respond, thorough in his explanation of our options, and honest about what I truly needed to install my fence. My German Shepherd responded positively within one day.
