Elpidio, the lead technician, was far more than just an installer. My situation was frustrating… and instead of pushing me into costly repairs and warning me of the terrible things that could happen to my dog if I didn’t, Elpidio was compassionate. We sat on the lawn together, petting the dog, as he shared with me the wise things he knew about dogs in general. I had been almost overwhelmed and Elpidio was kind and knowledgeable. This might sound ridiculous, but the end result was no fence! Of course freedom fence would be there with excellent service and a payment plan if need be… But my particular situation was not as dire as I originally thought. Honesty, integrity, and the kindness Elpidio showed speaks volumes about this company! My original fence lasted for 20 years, and if it looks like my new dog needs a little help… I wouldn’t go to anyone else! Thank you Hal and Elpidio!

Hal, and the guys were exceptional and they were very good and wonderful with my dogs. They were quick and answered all my questions, and I would recommend them to anyone.

They came out the day after initial contact to take a look at the property and provide a quote. I ended up hiring them and an install date was scheduled. They came out did the install and then spent some time with me and my dog training them on the system. All said and done the process took 2 weeks from contact to install and it could have been shorter. Hal and his team are professional and know what they are doing. I have called a few times with questions and gotten the support they have promised as well as the answers I was looking for.

Excellect. They were great, came in one day, and trained the dogs were they could go.

Came the same day I called to discuss the fence and provide information. Fence went in quickly and without issue within 2 days of making the call. Minimal yard disturbance and hardscape surfaces that needed to be crossed with the wire were cleanly cut and expertly patched. Dog is still learning his boundaries and getting accustomed to where he can and can't go.

We had purchased a Freedom Fence from Hal about 2 years ago. Whenever there was a problem, he or someone from his firm attended to it immediately, which is important because in our area a roaming dog can cause all kinds of problems with unhappy neighbors. We have found him to be friendly, courteous, and most of all efficient at his job.

Hal and his team are incredibly professional and responsive. Their electric fence works very well and they recently provided some additional coverage that required a creative approach which wound up saving us a lot of money. Hal is a complete pleasure to work with!

Hal was incredibly professional as were his 2 man installer team. They did a meticulous job digging and installing and barely disrupted the look of the property. They made sure both the dog and myself were familiar with how it would work and spent an hour or so walking the dog around and showing me how to continue to train her. It was expensive, but we have a large property and it works great. Also if there is any problem I have heard from other clients that they respond right away.

Freedom fence was the best decision that my husband and I made. Our puppy ziggy loves her freedom and we couldn't be happier!!! After Hal's first visit he sent over one of his workers that walked the boundaries with my husband. We have wooded area around our house, which our puppy loved to go in and play, the installer went into the woods for us and installed the wire in the woods (which was not that easy) so she could go and play. After he finished installing the fence he helped train our puppy. Ziggy understood the blue flags and learned the zap zone quickly.

We moved into our new home at the end of December thinking that our dog would be fine in the fenced backyard. A couple of days after moving in, we discovered that she could escape between the bars in the fence. After reading reviews on Angie's List, I decided to call Hal at Freedom Fence. He was away for the holidays at the time, but made sure his crew got to us to install the fence before the ground froze, which happened to be on New Year's Eve. The crew did a fabulous job, and took the time to make sure we understood everything, including how to train the dog to get used to the fence boundaries. Since the installation, Hal has called a couple of times just to check and make sure everything is working properly. I highly recommend Freedom Fence! They do great work.

Two days after the quote, it was being installed and our puppy was being trained. It has been great and when we had a question we called Hal right away and he was great about getting back to us!! Overall great experience right from the start! Very happy with the product and and highly recommend.

I was very happy with Freedom Fence. Within a very short amount of time from the first call, Hal (the owner) was here to tell me about the fencing system, and explain the process. His installer was here within the week, and did an amazing job. He was courteous, prompt, neat and did an overall great job. Then, when complete, I was taught how the fence worked, and he helped me with training my dog. They bring along a "training dog" which was a big help. They also offer extra help in training if necessary at no extra charge.

I am nothing but happy with the services performed by Hal and his staff. When I called to get a quote from Hal, he was professional and curtious. He was able to accommodate a time and day to install the fence which was best for me. I unfortunately could not be home the day of the install so he was kind enough to come back a different day to help me train my dog. I own a bullmastiff and it only took 1 training session to get him on board and trained. Anytime since then that I had to call him to ask silly questions he was prompt in returning my phone calls and reassured me that I was not asking dumb questions. The pricing on the install was for sure reasonable. I am nothing but happy with the choice I made going with Hal from Freedom Fence.
