Description of Work: cleaned chimney's. Examined fireplace and told us we did not need to reline the chimney, something we had been told was necessary. Told us a simple recovering of the back of the firebox was needed rather than a rebuild. Gave us a good price to make the minor repairs needed for the fireplace and we had them clean two chimneys as well.

Description of Work: Danbury Chimney cleaned our fireplace flue and our oil furnace flue. They arrived on time (with a call to let me know they were on the way), and were very thorough, knowledgeable, and very hard working to clean our flues (they really put effort in brushing our flues clean). They highlighted a potential problem down the road with our oil flue and recommended that it be looked at it in 2 years with our next cleaning. Cost came in right on expectations with the 10% special Angies List discount promotion. We will definitely use them with our next cleaning.

Description of Work: They performed an inspection of a currently unused chimney to see if would be safe to install a wood burning stove. They were great, very professional, very personable, gave some great advice. Family operation, Very easy to schedule an appointment, were on time and fair price. The only caveat being when I tried to contact them about a price to install the new stove they were difficult to get a hold of.
