They gave me an estimate before they began work and that is what I ultimately paid. He suggested a couple of options and we came up with a good solution. When Greg came to switch out the tub, he noticed some serious problems with our waste pipe. "DO NOT hire Jose to do any work in your home! Had him work on a couple things in my new house. He did not start on the agreed upon date. Showed up late eveyday. And didnt show up at all some days. He installed tub/shower valve BACKWARDS and he left it leaking. Had to hire plummer to fix. His work is horrible. Please save your self time and money and stay away from JJ restoration. He did not finish painting either and was sloppy with the work he did get done. He was always leaving and coming back. Oh and HE DOES NOT HAVE INSURANCE!! Beware please!!"

"We had a furnace installed by Harp on July 8th 2024 after it being diagnosed by their technician as to the reason our ac system was not functioning properly. That’s when our troubles with Harp began. The installation was not done properly, we needed 3 service calls to get the ac to work properly. The installers were sloppy. We cleaned up screws and wire and parts from the old furnace for weeks. When heating season began we noticed that the humidifier installed with the furnace was not operating. We scheduled an appointment to have it repaired and they called the day of the appointment and told us they couldn’t come that day and we had to reschedule, so reluctantly we did. They finally came and repaired it. From what the technician told me it was not wired properly. On January 21st 2025( the coldest night of the year) the furnace stopped working. We called Harp to get someone to come to repair it as we had no heat in below 0º weather I was told the best they could do is to come the next day between 2 and 6 pm. I tried to explain that this was an emergency but to no avail. I called my local oil company and they were at my door within 30 minutes( which I would’ve expected from the company who sold us the furnace) the repaired it quickly and told us that one f the wires on the control panel was not attached properly. It cost me $300. I would NOT recommend Harp to anyone. They are not reliable and do not stand behind their promises of service 24/7. Stay as far away from this company as possible. We are sorry we ever started with them."

"Rafael replaced my gross old linoleum floor with subfloor and LVP, replaced the toilet and vanity, and finished the floor work with a quarter-round trim. The finishing work was well done; the floor was in bad shape and he fixed it and made it look amazing. If I had more $$ I would have had him redo the entire bathroom. Rafael arrived early, worked the whole day, and consulted me on every step of progress made. Rafael was always professional, polite, respectful, and well-tempered. I have had workers who have come in with foul language, loud music, and on their phones the whole time. Rafael is a rarity - he and his co-worker completely respect the client's home. I definitely would hire him again!"
