Drain Defense

I was not expecting a 5:30am phone call to set up an appointment. But thank God he did. Everything from that point was excellent. They arrived ahead of time, diagnosed the problem and with a agreement fixed the problem. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism, friendly and expertise of service. Thanks for coming to our rescue. I will definitely be calling again if the need arises. Great job guys 👍👍👍👍

This provider does not have a license to work in the City of Worcester and obviously had no intention of doing anything other than charging me $500 for an estimate. He never mentioned that the estimate would cost anything and waited until the end to ambush me -- no work done, charged $500 for an estimate which he never sent me. The City has a vetting process to get a license and then requires a $5000 cash bond and additional $5000 for the job to be done. I have heard nothing back from Drain Defense in over a month. I would never have been introduced to this company and I certainly wouldn't have given him any money if it weren't fot the endorsement of Ange's List

Very professional and did an awesome job. They explained the issue so I could understand and explained what future maintenance would look like. Definitely will use them again. Fairly priced as well.

Diagnosed the current status of the tub drain flow and did the work needed appropriately. Thankful for work done!

Henry didn't show up at 5:00 appointment November 11th, we rescheduled for 8 am on November 12th and he didn't show up again. No phone calls either time. hhow unprofessional can you get??? So disgusted

I was highly impressed with the whole experience. My appointment was set up quickly. Henry was punctual, friendly and professional. He answered all my questions cheerfully and completely. His work was thorough and excellent. I asked an unrelated question, and to my surprise, he fixed that too. Highly recommend.

All mechanical really helped me out in a pinch. They were very responsive and arrived quickly. Henry described the problem and communicated effectively every step of the way. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing and drain needs.

It just happens that the person that I did use was from Holyoke & Holyoke customers got a better rate then other people, simply because he liked to keep his work in Holyoke. That is the only reason I didn’t use Wykowski. Otherwise, I would have used them. It was a sizeable discount to be a Holyoke citizen. Wykowski did not charge me for the estimate. The estimate was very good. In fact, they responded within a half a day. Someone was in the area, so they just came down. His estimate was where I expected it to be.
