The job was initially scheduled for December, but a few snowfalls covered my roof and I did not want workers to slip. Sebastian worked with me pleasantly, and delayed the job as I asked. Finally in February, there was a reasonable stretch of days with clear weather and no snow on my roof. When I called Sebastian, he scheduled my job right away within a few days. They arrived on time on February 5 to work even though it was 22 degrees. They did the work thoroughly and carefully, taking about 3 hours. In the end, my gutters are now more sturdy. They have completely corrected the shoddy work done before. Sebastian said if I notice any problems, just call him and he will come back to fix it. What more can you ask. I'll have to wait for warmer weather to see if there are any leaks, but judging from the quality of the work done, I will be surprised if there are any problems. I strongly recommend Gutter Experts for any kind of gutter installation or repair. They are top rate, and their price was very reasonable.

Overall the experience was very good. We had a little miscommunication at first around the date/time of the initial visit for the estimate, but it all worked out. Once we'd actually met and discussed the job in detail, it was a pleasure to work with Sebastian. He was apologetic about not being able to schedule our job immediately, but we were willing to wait (the wait time was about 3 weeks - in part because the weather has been uncooperative). Sebastian called a week in advance of the scheduled date to confirm, came out to the house the weekend before to go over the job and make sure we were in agreement about the scope and plan, then arrived, performed and completed the job on schedule and neatly. We are very pleased with the outcome.

He showed up when he said he would for an estimate and returned on the agreed upon date for the work. He was here promptly at 8:00 AM [a very unusual experience for most contractors] and worked steadily until finished.

We contacted Gutter Experts LLC after reading about them on Angie's List. We had a prompt response to our email, and after just a few phone calls and emails, a date was set. All through the beginning stages, Sebastian was extremely courteous and had many helpful suggestions. He showed up with another worker promptly , very early in the morning of the date set, even though they had to travel from New Britain, CT to Longmeadow, MA. They worked steadily all day and got the job done. They were very professional, obviously very skilled, very pleasant to interact with, and got the job done before the dinner hour. The price was extremely fair and it was the price quoted us at the outset. We are very very pleased with the job they did and would highly recommend them. Our house looks beautiful now. There was some delay in answering my initial phone call due to an extended overseas vacation, but when he returned, his calls were responsive and professional. He gave me a good estimate and installed on the expected day, despite heavy weather the previous days. Installation was successful and the drainage problems appear to have been resolved.

Great job! Mr. Lobeski and his assistant showed up when they said they would; in fact, a little early which was great for us. Our gutters needed a good cleaning and Sebastian pointed out that one part of the gutter over the garage needed to be replaced and patiently explained why and once he did explain why it was obvious that it really needed replacing. I thought they would have to come back after purchasing what was needed for the job but Sebastian's truck is well equipped and the gutter and downspout were replaced. Very efficient, great job, good price, and left no mess. I highly recommend this company and will use them again. I've shared their name with everyone I know. Great job Sebastian! Thanks.

After reviewing a few gutter companies on Angie's list, and getting price quotes, I decided on Gutter Experts. They offered a good price, have excellent reviews on Angie's List, returned my calls promptly, showed up at the appointed time to measure the home and quote it, and were very honest and FAIR in their assessment of the additional work required (new home purchase for me but the home needs a lot of attention). I wish all the contractors I hired were as efficient, respectful of my landscaping (they were extremely neat), and fairly priced. I almost wished I had more work for them! I have referred them to my mother-in-law for work on her home. Do yourself a favor and used them.

Sebastion and his helper arrived promptly on the agreed day. Even though it was blistering hot they work went smoothly and efficiently. They were very neat and cleaned up the job site. I would use them again.

Overall it went very well. Sebastian Lobeski ( the general manager) returned my phone call within 24 hrs. He did apologize for not calling the same day. If it worked for me, he said he could come that same day because he was in the area. He showed up promptly, made a thorough assessment, gave me a price, & returned the next day, as promised, to complete the job. I was completely satisfied with the job & I highly recommend him for any type of gutter issues. He does new installations, replacements, repairs, cleaning, and screen installations.

I called several companies that replaced/installed gutter guards. Many of them were very expensive and didn't quite fit my needs. I called a few folks from Angie's list; Gutter Experts being one of them. He returned my call within 24 hours (as I would have expected) and was very polite. He came to give me an estimate a few days later(my issue with scheduling, not his). He was very polite and knowledgeable about his products and his craft. I was impressed by him immediately. He was never pushy, gave me the information I asked for and gave me a quote. I thought about it for a few days, thought about the previous experiences and researched his gutter guard product and decided that Sebastian would get the job. We scheduled the job about 2 or 3 weeks later.(again, this was my schedule conflicts, not his, he was very flexible). He arrived promptly on the day we had agreed upon. He did the job and cleaned up every bit of debris that he cleaned out of my gutters and removed it from the premises with the old gutter guards. I highly recommend Gutter Experts.

Sebastian is highly skilled at his specialty and uses high quality materials such as sturdy, heavy guage aluminum gutters, covers and downspouts. He sizes up exactly what is needed for the gutter system and expertly installs it. He pays attention to detail and will design a custom system for your home or business that will properly handle your water drainage issues. Also, I couldn't believe how much better my house looked after he was finished. He does a beautiful looking job as well as designing a great functional system. If there are any problems you can trust him to come back and make it right. He is a solid, nice, honest guy who works hard and charges a fair price. He is dependable and does a great job. I have used him in the past to clean the old gutters and he did a thorough job and a full clean up at a very reassonable price. I highly recommend him and don't think you will find anyone better.

They were easy to work with and fairly priced.

It went great. Sebastian had just come back from vacation (hence some reviews saying he didn't return calls since he was out). He provided an estimate via email. I called back and he returned my call a few days later saying he could come out the next day. They arrived on time and completed the work effectively and quickly. They even replaced a damaged part of a downspout at no additional charge. Overall a great experience and would definitely use again.

It didn't- Gutter "Experts" never returned phone calls or website/e-mail inquires. How do these contractors stay in business???

My first experience with Angie's List! I was excited to find a gutter company that was close by and highly rated. I left two phone messages about a week apart asking for a quote for gutter repair at one location and complete installation at another. Never heard back. I also filled out the contact request on the contractor's web site but again, never heard back. Very disappointing. I'll try another one... . Update: I've decided I was too harsh in my original report. Since the contractor responded to the report and and tried to explain what happened, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and lighten up. He has other good reports on Angie's List so perhaps his lack of response to me was an anomaly.

1. On time for orignal quote, Thoroughly explained options not only in type of gutter, but also in placement of downspouts 2. Did job on date scheduled, incorporated some last minute changes to downspout location and adjusted bill accordingly (downward). 3. Very professional - and gutters held up very well - no problems at all during all the ice this winter.

I've used them for the last three years now and I usually have them come out twice a year. His prices are very reasonable; he's very reliable and quick. It really has been a joy to use him.
