A piece of my gutter was blown away by wind. This was a minor repair and lots of big guys were not interested. Gutter Experts LLC did a great job.

Sebastian came right away to give an estimate. His estimate was thorough and the price was lower than others we received. On the day of service, he showed up on time and completed all installation on site. The gutters look great and it has gone a long way towards solving our problem of having water pool near our foundation and seep into our basement (our old gutters were damaged by ice and not draining properly).

Sebastian came out and gave an estimate in mid-February. I was assuming he would come back after snow was gone but he was able to do the work just a couple of weeks later even though snow was more than a foot deep all around the house. Amazing job and everything was done in just a few hours. He has a great personality, does an excellent job and was always willing to answer questions.

Sebastian and his worker showed up at 11am to clear snow off our roofs. He was scheduled to arrive at 10am, but notified he was running an hour late due to the first job of the day. They quickly went to work and cleared all the snow off the roofs. He said there was about 2 1/2 feet of snow in some sections. He worked on the ice dams as best he could as he did not want to damage the shingles. Sebastian did an awesome job. They cleared all snow that was dumped on the driveway and in front of doors. I would hire Sebastian again and actually have hired him. He returning this week to fix a gutter.

I called Sebastian to clear an ice dam from our house on a very snowy winter day. He came over the same day, arriving on time and ready to do the job. He was very professional and courteous, and got right to work. When he was done, he gave me his card and told me to call him if I had any problems at all. I would hire him again with no hesitation.

as I am updating the outside of my home and needed to have new gutters put in place as my old ones were no longer doing the job they were meant to do and were not repairable. Sebastian and Gutter Expert's were recommended to me so I gave them a call. I received a prompt call back and received a verbal quote 24 hours later which was a good one so I decided to go with them. My only complaint was trying to get service scheduled as he was quite busy but once a good date for both of us was agreed on the job was done quickly and professionally.

Sebastian was easy to get a hold of by text and phone. His price was very reasonable and he included oversized leaders and downspouts, which my situation required. My job was large and he completed it to my satisfaction (which is not easy to do) in one day.

Sebastian was great. Always on time, extremely pleasant and professional. He showed options, described how he would repair a couple of pieces instead of a more costly replacement, and completed the work well within the timeframe he proposed. Cleaned the areas after the work was done so well that you never would know someone had done any work there. Would strongly recommend his work to anyone and would have him back without question if ever need any gutter work again. In fact, would only call him as his prices are very reasonable and quality of work outstanding.

Said he wouldn't remove the snow that day because we were due to have another huge storm on Thursday the 13th and he didn't want to have to charge me twice. He said he'd be back after the storm on Friday or Saturday and take care of the roof then. I'd use them again in an instant - and would recommend them to anyone else as well.

I called Sebastian b/c I was having a problem with one of my gutters. He had installed gutter guards 2 or 3 years ago. he came out and took care of the situation, cleaned the gutter and rectified the situation. He did this in a timely manner and kept the promises that he made upon installation of the gutter guards, that he would come out and maintain the gutters if there were any problems. I would recommned him and his company wholeheartedly.

Sebastian was pleasant however very unprepared & unprofessional. He did not bring any samples for me to look at & did not give me an estimate at that time. He called me 2 days later with a verbal estimate but I still had no idea what the gutters would look like. The warranty was only for ten years. The price was very good however I couldn't stop thinking that you get what you pay for. I did not hire Gutter Experts for my gutters. I got another estimate from GutterMaxx. The estimater was punctual, went over the entire plan for the job, showed me samples & demonstrated how the GutterMaxx system works, gave me references, a written estimate on the spot including a diagram & answered all my questions. He was extremely professional! The GutterMaxx system comes with a Lifetime Warranty on all parts, a 20 year warranty on the finish & a 5 year Warranty to a new owner if home is sold. Also if the system ever does get clogged they will come & clear it out at no charge for the life of the Warranty. I had my gutters installed on 7/10/2013. The guys were professional, friendly & made sure to ask me how I wanted difficult areas addressed & advised me on how they thought it should be done. The price was considerably higher than Gutter Experts but my gutters look beautiful & I have the peace of mind in knowing they will never be an issue that I'll have to deal with again due to the excellent Warranty. I would highly recommend GutterMaxx to anyone who prefers quality & professionalism over cost.

Excellent and professional. The quote was clear and well explained. Showed up on time. The job took 2-guys about 6-hours from start to finish. Nice guys. Clean and neat. After several weeks of rain, everything they did works well.

Answered my call promptly and came out the next week as promised. Did a good job and cleaned up after himself.

My experience with them was very good. They were very professional. They did the job quickly but well. We were very pleased. The estimate was right on. With regard to price, I don’t really have a reference, but basically they charged us what they were going to. With regard to quality, we use it since it has been raining at times.

I don't know exactly how I got acquainted with this contractor. I thought it was through Angie's List. But apparently it wasn't. Anyway I called this company. Left a message with my telephone number and the service required. In less than half and hour I got a reply and was advised that the contractor could come the week after. Sure the contractor contacted me telling that he was coming the next day. He came that day, assessed the situation and gave me an estimate. I agreed and a date was decided to perform the job. Contractor arrived the day and time given and performed the job. And that is.

Sebastian came by and looked over the job. Then we agreed on a price and date for the job. Sebastian and his partner returned as agreed, and completed the job to my complete satisfaction. I would hire him again, and recommend him to others.
