Description of Work: Sebastian was extremely responsive and just a nice guy. I was a terrible customer and due to a misunderstanding between my husband and I, we didn't pay him until 2-3 months after the job was complete and Sebastian called with a very polite request for payment twice (I was traveling out of the country for his first phone call). He and his team were fast to clean and repair our gutters where needed from a foreclosure house (e.g. a house that had been neglected!). I'll be calling him again this spring if he'll take us as customers. ;)

Description of Work: Sebastian and his assistant arrived at the time stated and cleaned all the gutters of our two story colonial. He tested the downspouts to insure they were working properly and adjusted some of the existing gutter guards that had come loose.. We were very pleased with the work done. He was neat, efficient and very professional. His price was extremely reasonable as we had shopped around before hiring him. I have saved his business card and would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to others.

Description of Work: Sebastian was great - I had an addition put on and needed to get my old copper gutters put back on, as well as, add some additional gutters. I did want to spend the dime on new copper gutters in the back (non-street facing), so Sebastian recommended an affordable solution that look almost like my old greenish copper gutters. Description of Work: None-However, after the initial contact on approximately 4-20, was promised a visit to review work to be done and get an estimate on 4-25 at about 4:00pm. No one showed up. After 4-5 attempts to make contact to determine if there was a misunderstanding, I left a message I was "moving on". Much to my surprise I was contacted on 5-2 and told they misunderstood and wanted to do an estimate...could I be available on .5-3 at 4:00pm. I said yes and Sebastian Lobeski, the general manager, showed up. I provided him with a scale drawing of the physical conditions, and my written other requirements, e.g. est. start date, length of job est., license #, proof of insurance etc. I went over each of these to insure no misunderstandings this time. I was told no problem. Finally Sebastian promised an estimate no later than 5-9. After waiting until 5-14, I decided to call Sebastian and ask when I could expect his estimate...he promised that he would put an estimate in the mail immediately...nothing so on 5-21, I called again and left a message and did so on the next three days successively...again nothing! Out of courtesy, I left a "I am moving on" message again. Received a call the next day, Sat., 5-26, that he really wanted the job and an estimate was actually in the mail. Much to my surprise an estimate was received on 5-30. A crude drawing with incorrect measurements was included and a price...nothing else. The cost estimate was half of the next lowest estimate. + -1 moreCalled Sebastian to clean the extremely dirty gutters on my home. He returned my call promptly and had completed the job in less than 24 hours. Quote was very reasonable. Gave him a 20% tip because he deserved it. He and his helper did a great, thorough job and cleaned up after themselves. Polite, professional, extremely competent and great to deal with! What a refreshing change of pace to hire someone and get an excellent job done without getting ripped off for a change.

Tried few more other contractors, but I would not dare to hire them for gutters work when they cannot finish the smaller, easy job. So, I checked with Angilist for gutter contractors. I am very happy to found this company and hired them. I consider myself is very lucky. Just not that many good contractors out and you can trust these days.
Description of Work: Very nice company. Responded quickly and job done professionally. Price is good as well. Rare found these days. Use him for any gutter jobs you have. You would not regret.

+ -1 moreIt has been a pleasure to deal with Sebastian and Gutter Experts. Last fall we called him to clean our gutters, which had been neglected for a long time. He stopped by the next day, gave an estimate and set a date to do the job. His crew arrived when they said they would, did a great job, and charged a reasonable price. Later, when snow on our roof was causing ice dams and I couldn't find anyone willing or able to reach our second storey, I called Sebastian and got the same great service. I will definitely call them again!

+ -1 moreSebastian came out to the house about a week ago and gave us an estimate. We agreed to have his company do the work. On the day he promised to be here, he arrived with his assistant. They got right to work and removed the old gutters on the front of our house and replaced them with new gutters and gutter guards. They were very courteous and professional. We would definitely recommend them for other work.

+ -1 moreAn early January storm caused the seamless gutter on the back of my house to pull away and fold in half. Sebastien quickly responded by email and we spoke on the phone. He told me when he would come to look at the situation and give me a quote. He came on the day he said he would and his quote was very reasonable. We spoke again and I accepted his quote. He told me when he would do the work and he arrived early on 1/15/11, one of the coldest days of the year. He shoveled a path to where he set up his ladder(s). I had to leave the house for an appointment. When I returned he and his fellow worker were already done and the new gutter looks great and appears to be functioning as best as can be expected under the current extreme weather conditions we're having. I now have a problem with the gutter at the front of my house and hope to have him do that work also.

+ -1 moreWe moved into this large two-story house last year and noticed that the Gutter Helmets were not working well, were clogged, and rain water was washing over them and endangering fascia boards. Gutter Helmet said it was because the previous owner had the roof replaced and the roofers did not re-attach the Gutter Helmet correctly. The roofer maintains that he never touches Gutter Helmet Products. Sebastian corrected the problems for a very reasonable fee and confirmed that the roofers must be at fault because the Gutter Helmets were attached with roofing nails and he knows from experience that Gutter Helmet uses screws.
Description of Work: He removed non-functioning Gutter Helmets, cleaned gutters, added his own gutter protection product where needed.

+ 0 moreSebastian came on the same day that I called him, around 6pm, to clean the gutters on our 1920's colonial. He was quiet, efficient and impeccably neat. Everything was bagged (in recycling bags; points for being green Sebastian) and taken away with him. We actually forget to tell him about the gutter on the detached garage when we got the quote and he did it anyway without charging us extra. I gave him a 20% tip because he more than deserved it. He was polite and professional and we would most definitely use him again.

+ -1 moreI contacted Sebastian after reading a positive review on Angie's List. I left a message and Sebastian returned my call a few hours later. He was prompt in coming out and giving me an estimate, and even offered if I wanted colored downspouts, he could provide those at no additional charge. When I decided to proceed with hiring Sebastian, he quickly returned my call and was able to come out and perform the job within a week. Sebastian and his assistant were prompt and professional. The job took 3 hrs to complete, and he neatly cleaned up after himself before leaving. I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done, and he was the least expensive bid that I received (comparing prices to all the same gauge gutter materials). I would highly recommend Sebastian, and would use him again in the future.
Description of Work: Seamless gutters replaced on whole house (Cape w/family room addition). All old gutters were removed and taken away by Sebastian.
