Description of Work: Called right away after my contact. Was suppose to come out to do the work within two days, so I was very pleased to this point. Then called the day before he was coming to apologize and to say he had a sick child and would have to reschedule. No problem. I let him know that that was fine and promised to come as soon as possible. After several days, and then weeks, he never responded to rebook and did not answer repeated phone calls placed to him with messages to please call back. Gave him all phone numbers.

Description of Work: Despite several exchanges of telephone calls and a visit to my home, he never scheduled the work. I had lined up several neighbors as well as myself as potential customers. It has been several months since our last contact. He seems to know his work and I would have liked to use his services, but it appears that he is over committed with other work.
