Description of Work: My air conditioning unit stopped producing cold air. Contacted this vendor to inspect this and other units. He advised that it was most likely the condenser and recommended to replace. He did not bother to estimate the cost of repair vs. replacement and upon further review this would have been a fraction of the price. He had very poor communication and missed appointments to meet. When he did show up he came with a different brand (lower quality) than agreed. He failed to provide a receipt despite me reaching out several times so my warranty may not be valid from the manufacturer if I cannot produce a receipt.

Description of Work: We bought our new home in January and where not sure the AC unit had ever been serviced so we got an AC tune up. The guy was professional and helpful to my husband. Gave him the in's & out of the central air unit, told him where to find the filters and how to change them. He replaced the refrigerant in the unit as we were almost out. Having never had central air before he was very knowledgeable & helpful to us.
