Used this company twice and both times service was quick and on time. Will definitely use if I have any more issues

Extremely poor experience. The communication with Mike was very bad. He canceled a few times before he actually showed up and started the heating system job. He sad it was a two day job but he had to come four times in total. He never actually completed the job. I’ve been having problems with my Navien system ever since it’s been installed and I’ve only had it since October 2022. The entire system has to be redone. I paid him in full and he said he was going to come back that following Monday to clean up and throw out the old boiler. That was 7 months ago. I texted him back and he never responded. If anyone needs their heating system done please go to an established company and stay away from independent contractors, especially from this guy. Horrible. Just horrible! Now I have to spend twice the money to get the same job done correctly.

Michael was great. Very courteous, punctual and gave us an explanation of what and why he was doing certain things. His rates are very reasonable.

After a small snafu about the date of the appointment, these guys went out of their way to fit me in to their schedule. Could not have been nicer, nor more pleasant.

I paid for the service buying there Air-Conditioning Tune-UP . After many mails to Angies customer service and This company neither got a service nor my money back .

I hate to review anybody bad. I bought the voucher and these people never returned my call or chat to finish the work. I tried almost 3 months

I have Mike and his team manage the heating, hot water and air conditioning on all of my personal and rental properties. They provide an excellent service at a very good price and are very responsive to emergency requests. I highly recommend this business.

Air conditioning back to normal after they were done. Seemed a little pricey but work done to our satisfaction.

When I signed up for the deal, I was asked times and days that I was available. I never received any call or email to confirm any date and time. After a few weeks, I called them. My first appointment ended up being cancelled because the company's van broke down. We rescheduled and they did show up as promised. I honestly do not believe any service was performed. The unit was running the entire time they were here (approximately 15-20 minutes) so I don't know how it could have been checked out completely. I also directed them to the attic where the air handler is located. When they came back down after a few minutes, they said everything looked good. I asked if they checked the filter and they said there isn't any filter. I urged them to check again because it definitely has a filter. They went back up and then came back saying it looked good (it was replaced in 2015 so I can't imagine it doesn't need to be replaced). Again, I doubt it was even looked at. As they left I asked for something to sign or a check list/results of the check-up. They stated there wasn't anything to sign or give me. I attempted to contact the company to explain all of this. After the second email, I finally received a response stating that they performed what was described in the deal. I replied back stating I wanted to see what the results were and did not hear back again. it did not, as of july 6, 2017 no one has contacted me to do what I paid for. I will never use angies list again, and will report experience to bbb, ct state, and yelp also, will contact my payor and let them know to refund my money. This Angies list appears to make there money this way and getting you to join and pay fees. Stay away people, My experience

Air conditioner went from suboptimal to non functioning

I am going to recommend them to everyone. Mike the owner didn't want me without air condition*ng over the 4th of July weekend , so he came out right away. My air conditioner is no longer sold. It is now banned becauuse of it is not energy efficent. Next year, i will Mike put in a new unit. Brian his helper was also very efficent.

I got some estimates from some other companies and a friend told me to give Mike a call from Air It Is. Am I glad I did, he did a fantastic job. Took a 25k project (by estimate from other company) to 15k back by the company's 2 year warranty along with all the warranties from the products. He even offered to fix a leaky faucet for free.

Everything went well Michael was very friendly and made sure to provide me the best service he could, If I ever do need these services in the future I will definitely be reaching out to him and his crew again.

They was professional, clean, and not to mention a lot cheaper for the unit and quality of work then what other companies was asking/ Total cost $5,000. Great job they did... I highly recommend Air and Water Solution.....

Not good. The charge for coolant was high. The quality of work was not good. New problem of water leakage started.

An appointment was booked but no one showed up. Left a voice mail and no one called back. Informed them via an email via Angie's list site, but did not receive a response. Finally the Angie's List customer service refunded the coupon.

Worst ever! It took one month to have the contractor contact me after numerous calls trying to schedule an appointment. Heat did not work once the contractor left. It took two days to get them back while no heat and very cold temperatures. House was covered with black ash from incorrect tune-up. Damage to carpet, walls ceiling and paint, furniture, electronics, and drapes

The guy showed up, told we need a tune up, nothing he can do right away and left. Never received a f/u call. In essence we paid 69 bucks to meet him in person

Supposedly a deal for the check up of the AC/heating system. Inspection was very superficial and I did not get any answers. Instead supposed to receive a follow up call with the price on the work that needs to be done. No surprise, never received a call back. So all in all, paid 69 dollars to meet with the guy.

Horrible he hung up the phone without pricing the job. Did not want to hear I had some experience doing a oil tune up so I guess he could not inflate the cost of the job.
