I called the contact number to ask questions about dumpster size and the difference between ordering on-line or by calling. She assured me that the on-line ordering was just as efficient and the cost savings was over $100. I ordered on-line for a drop-off 2 days later and charged it on a credit card. The dumpster arrived in the morning of the day promised. The driver came to the door to make sure the placement was convenient for me. We loaded the dumpster during the week and it was removed a week after it was delivered. The following day a receipt was e-mailed to me and there were no extra charges. I was completely satisfied with their service and would absolutely use them again. Remember to check whether on-line specials are being offered that can save you significant money.

They came and dropped it off on time. It snowed that week but, I had a cover for it.

I've used Waste Tech dumpsters a few times in the past several years for moves, spring cleaning, garage cleanups...and I'd never use anyone else. They bring the dumpster when they say they will and pick it up when they say they will. Their prices are the best around and their billing is efficient and accurate. They're easy to get hold of to change an order and they're pleasant and accommodating when you do. What more can I say? OK, this time someone messed up (I think : ). I'd called to keep the dumpster a few extra days and apparently they picked it up on the originally scheduled date by mistake. But they must have quickly realized their mistake because I never even knew the dumpster was gone until I threw something in what had been a 3/4 filled dumpster and realized the dumpster in my driveway was now empty again. Every business makes mistakes, but to me the sign of a true professional is one who fixes those mistakes with no hassle or inconvenience to the customer. I like this company. I wish they did something I could use more often : )

Used their online request feature. The dumpster was delivered on the day it was requested, they picked it up the next day after I called, & they placed the dumpster where I requested it. They have some excellent weekly internet special rates, but I didn't take advantage of them since I needed the extra weight & I wanted it for 2 full weekends. Their normal 2 week rate was still reasonable & I would definitely consider them again if the need arises.

I was very pleased with my experience with Waste Tech. For many years I have been hesitant to order a dumpster to clean out both my basement and garage. Because I live on a hill and the only location for a dumpster is in a very awkward flat area, I didn't think that it would be possible for a truck to navigate my driveway. I was asked to e-mail some digital pictures of the property to them, and upon their review of the pictures, they informed me that they could indeed place a dumpster where I wanted it to go. True to their word, they placed it perfectly in that awkward area. The truck driver was prompt, and professional. I asked to have the dumpster removed today before the snow comes, and the dumpster was removed within an hour and a half. I would definitely use Waste Tech again and highly recommend them.

I was cleaning out my parents' house, preparing it for sale. I neede multiple 30-yard dumpsters and contacted Waste Tech through their internet site and then spoke to them by phone. They vigorously encouraged me to order online to take advantage of big savings. I did order online, got a great rate, set a date with them and got back an email confirmation from them. But two days before the confirmed date, they left a message on my phone, saying that they wouldn't be able to do the work because they had gotten work from the hurricane. That was all they said and the last I heard from them. This was really bad because I was working against a deadline and was committed to people I had already hired to do the work to load the dumpsters. So,my lesson with Waste Tech Family Refuse was that the great rate wasn't worth it. When they got other work, they dumped me and I had to scramble to find another service provider.
