Delivered the dumpster before dawn QUIETLY. Followerd our tequest for placement and opened the door for us. Responsive, friendly and cooperative over the phone. I have used them 3 times and plan to do so again.

They helped me determine which size I needed. There prices were the best for what I needed. The dumpster was placed right on the wood left on the driveway so it didn’t damage the driveway and the driver was kind enough to toss the wood in the dumpster when he loaded the dumpster back on the truck. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

The dumpster was clean and in great shape. The driver took great care in dropping it off, making sure not to damage our newer driveway. Billed as agreed with no surprised. Outside of a few drops of oil on my driveway, this was a great find. The eye catching purple dumpster caught the eyes of everyone, that's for sure but most important, the job went well with the assist of our purple dumpster.

The dumpster was clean and the driver professional, the only downside was the extra cost for weight. There is really no way for me to know what the weight was and you have to trust the vender to charge honestly.

They delivered on time and my husband was impressed at how clean the dumpster was and the color purple. When we finished filling the dumpster, placed a call and they removed it the next business day. I had called around other dumpster rentals where I received quotes of $450 for the same size dumpster. They are prompt, courteous, and professional. We will definitely be using them sometime next spring.

The dumpster was dropped off the day after I ordered it as requested. We filled the dumpster and called to have it picked up. They came and picked up the dumpster in a timely fashion. The dumpster was in good shape and ope and closed without any issues. My main concern was whether there would be damage to my driveway but there was not. I am very satisfied with the service I received and would use Waste Tech again if needed.

Where we live is a gated community - higher end homes. The company driver has the code to our gate and lets himself in each week to our association. Our association captured video of him SPEEDING recklessly through our association and when I called to mention this to the owner at Waste Tech, I was blown off. I was told that their drivers are all safety trained and don't do that. He just tried defending his team and not with one apology to me. I cancelled our service then and their! Kids play outside. What if they hit one of them with their truck????

We requested Monday delivery - I also left a note asking that it be delivered early. They were fantastic! The dumpster arrived first thing Monday morning - they placed it exactly where they were asked to. Could not ask for more! Very happy customer!

They made it so easy...answered their phone every time. Called at noon one day and the dumpster at 8 am the next morning. The driver was very friendly and courteous. He had no trouble placing the dumpster exactly where I wanted it. He was very precise. The day before pick up I called to extend a couple days and was off the phone in a few minutes. It was picked up on time...I didnt have to follow up or babysit the process. Price was very good...id recommend them.

I'm very happy with Waste Tech's service. The order process is very easy -- just takes a few minutes on line. They have the best price I found (around $200 for a very large container). They delivered on time, placed it exactly where we needed it, removed it early as soon as the job was done, and stayed in easy touch by email. We're very happy with Waste Tech. Good service. (Service was in Ansonia, Connecticut, although I live in South Dakota.)

They couldn't accommodate the request we were asking for due to the city we lived in. It had to do with hauling away bricks from a chimney. However, they were able to refer an alternative company and that worked out.

Excellent. I am from out of town and needed to clean out my grandmothers home in a timely manner. There was little room for error on the dates. They had the dumpster there ahead of time and removed it on time. Service was excellent and price beat two other quotes. I would certainly use again.
