Description of Work: Sales appt and quote was good. When Project lead came out to measure windows it turned out rep had recommended incorrect product. Corretc product would add additional cost (appros $2,000). I called Sales rep multiple times to rework the quote. He never got back to me. Ended up going with Pella - great experience.

Description of Work: They replaced 38 windows in my home. I was very happy with the work. The installation took place during the hurricane. We had no power at the time, but they brought their own generator and got the job done.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. From salesman to installers. ,Beautiful windows, keeps cold out. For the basement I would suggest more window glass and less frame but they are excellent nevertheless.

Description of Work: I would like to amend a negative review that I submitted on 12/18/12 for Renewal by Andersen. This company must have read this review because they contacted us and order the screens that we did not receive originally. The screens arrived promptly and are correct. Because this company tried to correct my dissatisfaction and the quality of the window is superior, I would recommend Renewal by Andersen.

The windows are on the expensive side, and you have very little wiggle room on negotiating price when you only have a few windows installed.

+ -1 moreWe had old , rotted window frames. Renewal came and measured and showed product. On day of install, RBA was very prompt. Installed windows and cleaned up after themselves. Minor issues with screens were quickly resolved. Excellent company to deal with. Product is expensive but high quality.
Description of Work: We had 18 replacement windows installed and a new glider door out to our porch. Workmanship was excellent, product very high quality and professionalism impeccable . They were very prompt with installation and quickly responded to the minor issues and resolved them quickly. The cost is expensive but you pay for quality. The warranty is excellent.
