Charged $200 for service call and recommended repair I said yes and then never heard from them for a week. Called and left messages and never heard back. I am now out $200 and still don't have a/c working

I was impressed with the prompt and quality repair service and decided to purchase an annual service contract for our AC. I annoyingly asked many questions about the AC and Ryan patiently answered all of them. I would recommend this company for their reliability but these repairs do not come cheap.

This company is extremely reputable. They did what they said for the price they quoted and were always there for any questions or concerns I may have raised. The people who worked in my home were trustworthy, in and out ahead of schedule and cleaned up very well after the installation. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

We got our new Gas furnace installed through AIR, Inc. My overall experience with this company was EXCELLENT. Starting from the sales professional to customer service and Technicians, all are courteous and professional. They handled the permit, schedule an inspection and have gas company come and install the meter same day. System works great so far and nice and clean install. I will recommend this company for your next heating or Air conditioning project.

they were just awesome. I installed: heat pump, A/c, Furnace, humidifier and tank-less water heater. nothing went wrong and they were very pleasant, clean, efficient and did everything as promised. their office staff is also very nice efficient and helpful. The Consultant Jonathan Fino could have not been better, on time and knowledgeable. offering you options without being pushy and very creative for financing the whole thing. Super happy.
