I needed to replace an aging central air conditioning system in my Stamford house. I met with several vendors ranging from the large commercial store to the small guys and a couple in between. Air Inc., offered a capable sales person and an outstanding install team. They performed the work quickly and even helped me understand what they were doing as I occasionally wondered over and watched them work. Air., Inc was on the medium/high price side compared to the big box store (being the highest) and the very small company (being the lowest). I decided to go with Air Inc., due to their very good reviews mainly around quality of install. The concept I bought into after internet reviews is that the key to long term longevity of central air is the quality of install. Air Inc., lived up to the expectation..

I found Air Inc.'s employees to be very reliable, pleasant, professional and courteous. Phone calls were promptly returned and all appointments were kept right at the scheduled time. Installers did a very neat job and tidied up all work areas prior to leaving. Very professional organization.

I talked with many contractors before hiring Air, Inc. It was a retrofit, and my house layout was rather complicated. It was not only ducts and vents, but a new furnace and air conditioning. Marc was the only one who looked at my goals and needs, and came up with a complete solution, rather than just a quote. The work was prompt, neat, and complete. Everything was completed as promised in the quote, and everything was explained to me as it was being done, and for future maintenance.

Tyler was very polite. He explained everything to us. We felt comfortable in what he did and how he did it. he was professional and very energetic. He put covers on his shoes before entering our home. Even though he was young he knew his work and where to find help if he needed it

I always get five quotes, three from friend and family recommendations and two from out of the area. Air Inc. was the company that came up in Home Advisor, no one in the area heard of until now. I will recommend Air Inc. to anyone who asks.
