Did a good start, explaining different options (we neded to change our system) good listener, strait answers (not a "seller type") before he got rid of me to do his job... Over all: very organized "tool Truck", clean, polite and most important did his job well!!! Thanks will do business again!

When my furnace suddenly stopped working in a home just purchased, I called Service Magic, then Air, Inc. The person who answered sent a technician right away. He arrived quickly, was courteous and well-spoken. He fixed the furnace, explained the issues so I could understand them, and also explained the charges for repairs, as well as offering a service contract. Today, I bought a new heating system from Wayne Krasnow of Air, Inc. I thank Anthony, the technician, and Kelly, the dispatcher, for their fine work. I highly recommend this company.

I think the service was good but WAY OVER priced I feel I got taken advantage off and was told there was told there was a $160 service fee and was charged over $700 Just to do a minor procedure
