Easy to work with on refining the design to match our needs.

Work performed was of good quality and all debris cleaned up before leaving. One area that AIR could improve on is the permit process. The installer did not have the permit or permit number when he arrived. I needed to call the office and insist on providing me the permit number which was dated the same day as the installation. Installation passed final inspection.

They did a good job. Were there when they said they would be.

They were excellent. Arrived at my home within 1 hour of my call for help. Had the problem diagnosed and fixed in 30 minutes. Professional technician. I would recommend them!

No difficulties so far. The cleaning costs seemed a bit pricey at $800 plus, but servicing was performed in a reasonable timeframe and with no interference in our activities.

This first time they were ok. This time ( a routine call), they put me off for basic maintenance two times. Then, the next time, the day of the appointment, the office called me and said the tech would be late, about 6:30pm. And if it was going to be later, they'd call me. I waited until after 8:30. I locked up, turn out the lights. No one showed, no one even called. Watch out for companies who do 'survey gaming.' I think this is one of them. Time to try one of the other HVAC contractors....

They Did the work in a timely matter and removed the old water heater tank. They left area nice and clean, very professional. Thank you.

Great experience during install of ductless units. The sales rep Shane Jackson was very knowledgeable and gave an accurate design plan. He worked with me on the price and always followed up. The work was done on time and the technicians were great and left no mess behind. The cost is a little on the higher side but overall it is good value when you take into account the top notch work.

This company gave A1 service, neat and courteous, worked with me with full and complete explanation of everything that was necessary to complete this job in the most professional way! The installation guys were right on time, and very clear on answering any questions that I had. Will call them again for any other work that may be needed ! Bill was very courteous and professional. He explained what I needed and why..He also answered all of my questions..The installation techs were on time. The replacement of the new hot air furnace and other necessary work was completed as promised. They also cleaned up the work area. The new furnace is very QUIET and efficient! . This was done in DECEMBER 2016 and my gas bills are actually LOWER. ! I love the digital thermostat. The techs did a great job! I will definitely recommend AIR INC. to others .

Bill Asperilli was the best!!! His expert advice and fair quote was one of the reasons why we choose Air Inc. We had our new heating and cooling units installed in November and this is the first time ever that our home was warm and cozy during the past winter months!
