The serviceman was very nice.

My C/A was not functioning, AIR called me promptly the next morning, over a week later I still have not heard from two alternate companies I contacted. AIR's customer service woman in the office was so pleasant and helped me schedule a time later in the day. Jim showed up on time and was extremely professional wore booties in our home every time he was in and out. I told him because we had hardwood he didn't have to do that but he insisted because he could have something stuck on the bottom of his shoes. He explained all of my options but he was able to get the unit running during the diagnostic check. I will have AIR on speed dial.

The installation is OK, however, the process is very frustrating to me. The sales person promised everything will be taken care of, including permit and inspection, but then he just disappeared without responding to multiple calls or messages. 3 weeks later, still no inspection and when you called, you are told you have to take care of that yourself. This is a very unpleasant experience - feeling fooled by the sales person.

Installation done to perfection. Took care of all my requests as the installation was in progress. 100% satisfied! It's only been a few days but the heating and cooling seems to be working even better than I had hoped it would.

The installers showed up on time and were neat and clean throughout the project. I watched them install the new furnace most of the day. I am a stickler for precise work and they were true professionals. Highly reccomend Air, Inc.

From the office to the technician, everyone was professional, knowledgeable and communicated well. The issue was identified and resolved quickly.

AIR, Inc. is extremely professional. They are friendly and thoughtful, having provided electric space heaters to keep us warm during the entire process of installing a boiler. They were very careful not to track dirt into the house by wearing plastic booties upon entering. They know their craft. I highly recommend them.

I was very impressed from the moment i called Air, Inc. The receptionist I spoke with was very pleasant and explained the procedures fully. The technician called first and arrived on time. He was very professional and provided a detailed description of work performed. I am very satisfied with the tune up I received on my furnace and hot water heater and will definately be having my heating and air conditioning done by them in the future. A +++++

Jim was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, which set my wife and I at ease. He arrived the next day and was very courteous and professional and willing to answer all of my questions.

Very experienced down to the point pro found all our problems instantly and fixed everything on the spot. Had all needed replacement items and parts in his truck. - We have watched the results now for a few days and it turns out that the systems runs better than ever. - They are not cheap though, but if the system keeps running as it is then it was well worth it.

The technician was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond the call of duty. The honesty was so refreshing. Two thumbs up!!!!
