Air Inc came recommended, and they didn't disappoint. I called on a Sunday evening after coming back from some travel to find a cold house. Mark asked all sorts of good questions beforehand, and even tried to solve my problem on the phone, and save me the cost of his visit. He came out anyway, and was able to identify the problem that three other furnace repairmen had failed to identify. I thought the fee was quite reasonable, and I appreciated how Mark left his card, as well as a description of what he had done with the service. Hopefully I won't need them anytime soon, but I would definitely use them again!

The service tech I spoke to was very knowledgeable and I asked that he come over to fix the furnace. We were very happy with the service we got.

worked very clean i was impressed with the techs , just 1 small issue and that was with the town not air but did take 2 months to get it done should get the town final co in next two weeks

Your service tech was a decent individual. He helped me as best he could, was very honest and straight-forward, and explained everything to me in layman's terms so that I could understand what was the problem from the symptoms I described to him. Service was above par.

The technician was very pleasent and knowledgable. The prices were high and non-negotiable; they were standard prices which the technician could not change. Although I was given quotes for other work that may eventually need to be done, I will more then likely be able to find someplace cheaper.

I gave a low value for $ because I've always had furnace cleaning included in our oil contract. This is the 1st time I am using a vendor not assoicated w/my oil company or the oil company itself so I have no clue how much furnace cleaning would normally be. They were absolutely wonderful. No complaints at all.

Mark O. was great. He explained everything. I called the original company and gave them the info. and NOW they are willing to have someone come out. I look forward to dealing with Air Inc in the future. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star score is WHO LIKES TO PAY FOR THIS STUFF!

Air,Inc brings "professional" to an entirely new level. Jonathan, the "comfort consultant" spent significant time reviewing my home for a new install of a mini-split(ductless) A/C system. Of the 4 other servicemagic contractors,only two showed up,and only 1 of them actually gave me a quote (i.e. very unprofessional). Anyway, once Air, Inc arrived to install the system, the *entire* crew was friendly, extremely professional, smart, efficient, and did an absolute perfect job (and they all spoke English). Very clean, excellent install. I'm very happy with Air, Inc and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing A/C install or repairs.

Handled themselves very professionally in the sales cycle - knew the equipment and specs (including warranty data). Discussed options intelligently, including potential savings. Crew that did the work seemed to know what they were doing, took care to avoid damage. Just finished building inspector, he called it a first-rate professional job.

Arrived on time, very courtious and efficient. Very hard workers.

I received response from the technician a few hours after I called in the PM. He arrived early next morning, quickly diagnosed the problem with my AC, replaced the part, and was on his way. It was expensive, but that's going to happen if you don't have a service plan. I would consider a plan with this company based on this visit.

I would recommend Air Inc. They were responsive to my emergency and the technician was knowledgeable and very thorough in servicing my HVAC. It's been five days since the repair and so far, so good! The only minor area I struggled with was the pricing. I'm sure it was competitive but the markup on parts is extremely high, e.g. I purchased and installed a recommended replacement filter for a fraction (less than 10%) of the cost they were going to charge. The project cost $700, which was more than I expected.

I am very pleased with the honesty of what was written in my contract and also verbally promised. The technicians were done in no time and were very clean . The efficiency of my my new unit far surpasses the old one. Thank you Air, Inc.
