My experience with AIR was excellent from beginning to end. We needed to have a new split system heat pump installed in our condo. They were quick to meet up for the initial quote, quick to get the job started and finished in one day. They had the best all around offering and very competitive equipment and pricing. The only problem I had was with the electrical wiring. I was not satisfied with it. I talked to the owner and he said he would have it replaced. It never was. The electrician on the job had a bad attitude about that wire. Most of the wiring was not done by the electrician which bothered me. I asked for only a licensed electrician to handle all wiring and still did not get it. I had my own electrician come out and replace the wire that bothered me.

I called Air Inc. to clean my gas furnace. The called within a half hour of my posting on Service Magic. Because it was not an emergency I received a call from the office on Monday Morning to set up an appointment. I was very satisfied with the workmanship of the serviceman, Anthony. He worked clean and put covers on his shoes when he entered the house. He was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. I thought the service charge was a little expensive and they do not offer senior citizen discounts, which could be a problem in the future.
