Problem was diagnosed and an opinion rendered regarding whether to proceed with repair or purchase new. Recommended replacement appliance and discussed brands to consider from a repair and reliability point of view.

I would highly recommend this company! I called and explained that I was having a problem with my refridgerator/freezer. Larry scheduled me in ASAP and came out to do the work on a Sunday morning. Because he was so prompt I was able to get the issue corrected quickly and did not even lose any food! I will use him again for any future issues!

Larry was the first to call when I applied to HomeAdvisor. He was quick to get here and oh so fair in his cost. He is his whole company and takes pride in his work! It was a great experience and will refer him to friends!

He went above & beyond to meet our needs... he even sent out someone who helps him at near midnight to pickup parts so that he could be at our home early next morning. So very respectful & so easy to talk with. Some say 5 stars isn't real but I really feel they deserve the 5 stars.

Larry and Louis are great guys. I really appreciated how I was able to talk directly to the owner of this business whenever I had a question. If you don't get Larry right away, he gets back to you quickly. These are guys you can trust to treat you right, and will tell you if your appliance isn't worth fixing. They came out right away when the other guys wouldn't even answer the phone, or expected me to wait like 5 days to have them look at my broken refrigerator. Diagnosed the problem quickly, and returned with the needed part as quick as I could have asked for. Old fashioned customer service. I give them an A+.

Larry arrived during the time he promised. He diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator in about 10 minutes. He gave us the option to fix it ourselves, told us where to get the part , and showed us what to do. We saved over $200 doing it ourselves! We highly recommend Able Service Co for your appliance repair needs.

Larry traveled all the way from west haven to east Hartford. Very knowledgeable about all appliances, solved our problem right away. Unfortunately, we were using the wrong type of soap for our front loader. Thanks Larry

I am very pleased with the service I received for a loud noise my refrigerator was making after I inadvertently left it opened about 1/2" and left my home. Larry was very professional and knowledgeable. He also called me on his way and told me what kind of van he was driving. He was timely and very courteous.

My dryer was not heating up, I called Larry and he came out that night. Diagnosed problem, ordered part and fixed it as soon as the part came in. Reasonable in price and very knowledgeable.
