Yes, I did some damage to the door of my dishwasher when I fell on it. I didn't do much damage, and he was able to make the dishwasher work by ensuring a tight connection. He the proceeded to give me some good advice as to what to do in terms of seeing if the dishwasher will work again - or if I should a new one. he gave me some really good advice about the dishwasher.

Larry got back to me immediately and came the next day to fix my dryer.

We've had Larry fix multiple appliances, most of them old enough to be on life support, including a washer, a dryer, a disposal, a dishwasher, and now an gas stove/oven. The oven was leaking gas, and we thought we were going to have to replace it, an expense nobody needs right after Christmas. Larry IDed the real problem as an old glowbar that was taking too long to ignite the gas, causing it to fill up the oven and then seep out into the house. He demonstrated and explained the issue, had the appropriate part with him, and was able to quickly fix it. Had we not called him, it's likely we would have had an explosion in our future. We had similar extremely positive experiences with Larry vis a vis all the other appliances I've mentioned, so we think you should add four additional 5 star reviews to his total beyond this one.

Larry did an amazing job fixing and cleaning out my dryer. It was no longer getting hot and was overflowing with lint when he opened it up. AND, this was all completed on the same day I requested service!

I called Larry late on a Friday afternoon, and he promised to come by the next day (no extra charge for coming on a Saturday!) He gave a reasonable time window and then followed up when he was on his way. He diagnosed the issue quickly and was honest ("this washing machine is DOA! You need a new one!") While he was here, he looked at my (very old) dishwasher to see how it was holding up (not well). It was leaking in a place I couldn't see, so he recommended that I not use it and also purchase a new one. Again, I appreciated his honesty. If Larry hadn't been honest with me and instead had "repaired" either appliance, the results could have been disastrous. I have used Larry several times over the years and would 100% recommend him!

Larry is a great guy. Sadly, it costs more to repair the LG dryer then it would cost to buy a new analog dryer. Our LG dryer was only a year and a half old. We will never again buy an LG appliance.

Came out on a Monday to access the Refrigerator. He immediately determined it needed a new fan motor and blade and ordered parts for it. Came back on a Friday and installed. The work was done efficiently and professionally. The quote for the work was very reasonable (I was sure I would have to buy a new Refrigerator) and I was able to fix it and not replace it. He was extremely nice, honest and professional. He always call prior to coming.
