He showed me the problem and solved it quickly by disconnecting an unnecessary feature of my refrigerator - could have repaired it a some cost or recommended a new fridge, but instead did a quick fix that should last a long time.

They did a great job.

Very impressed with service. The tech was knowledgeable and curteous. He called 20 mins before arrival, as requested, and was right on time which I appreciated.

Initiated the request for service at @ 6:30 Saturday night and within 10 minutes Larry called to discuss the issue with our 2009 GE washing machine. He came on Sunday morning to evaluate it, put the machine through cycles and by process of elimination determined it was a bad circuit board. Larry told us he could repair it, but due to the costs recommended replacing it instead and made recommendations on new ones to purchase. We are very appreciative of his service and would recommend him highly.

Courteous, helpful, responded promptly to my request on Home Advisor. I expected him to come quite early in the morning, but he took care of another call first and came later than he initially expected to. However, I liked his work, and will call him again if I need to.

Larry was very professional, skilled, informative and expert in appliance repairs. He is an honest, hardworking repairman who lets nothing stand in his way of getting to a customer in need. He gave me his honest opinion and took his time in exploring every possible means of repair as well as alternatives. What was very impressive to me is his being very accurate and careful in identifying himself with his contact information and staying in contact with his ETA. He even loves animals and was great with my dogs! Highly recommend Larry and will continue to do future business with him.

He was very professional, identified himself, what he would be driving, what he would wearing and was on time, he analyzed and did the trouble shooting very well, got everything completed efficient. Great Job!

We contacted Larry and firstly were very impressed with the fact that he told us what kind of vehicle he would be driving and what he would be wearing, as a safety precaution, which we found both very professional and thoughtful. Larry was here the same day,diagnosed the problem immediately and ordered the part. He told us exactly how long it would take and that he would call as soon as it came in, he did and then told us what time he would be there to install it. Although the part was the correct one, the manufacturer had modified it to alleviate an inherent problem, which meant Larry had to modify it slightly to make it viable for our refrigerator. Larry's expertise and years of experience came into play and within minutes the part was installed and we had our fridge back once again. Larry is very knowledgeable, offers wonderful customer service and offers all of this at a very fair price and on top of all of that is a very friendly and kind gentleman. We were very pleased with the work that was done and will hire Larry again any time we need quality appliance repair.

Excellent fast service, he was here the next day. I have been hesitant about hiring anyone these days since most are now through big companies. Thankfully through Home Advisor I found Larry who I would definitely hire again! He was such a pleasure to meet as well and got the job done fast, yippee my oven works again :) He is true blue and cares about what he does. The repair required an additional visit and he communicated the process the entire way through.

Larry responded immediatley to my request for a service person. He was out to the house at the designated time and date arranged. I felt comfortable after speaking to him ,that he was knowledgable in his field. I also like that he told me what he would be driving and wearing upon arrival.After assessing our problem , he was honest enough to give me his opinion on weather the repair cost would outweight the cost of a new appliance.He was not pushy at all and explained the issue at hand.
