Very sociable. Did a little extra for me, ie figured out why my dryer filter wasn't seating completely, and cleaned lint out of the inside of my dryer. Also came to diagnose problem within 24 hours, then ordered parts which were installed within 3 working days. I felt that was about as fast as I could have expected.

Mr. chernoff has been repairing my appliances for twenty years. The quality of his work, his attitude, and integrity is second to none!

Larry responded within an hour and scheduled an appointment within 2 days. He was willing to make an evening appointment and called to confirm when he was on his way (by the way, you can always reach him directly on his cell phone and is willing to come evenings, weekends, and holidays at no extra charge!) He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. After diagnosing the issue, he provided a quote to repair my washing machine, but advised me to buy a new one, as it would be less expensive in the long run. He was helpful in providing me a few tips for buying a new washing machine, as well as to purchase stainless steel braided water hoses. I would highly recommend him as he is prompt, courteous, and ethical.

He was able to identify the problem with a refrigerator freezer immediately. It wasn't defrosting. So he was able to melt all the ice off the coils so the refrigerator and freezer would work until he returned the next morning. He had to order the part and was back the next morning with it and installed it properly. He was professional and likes to joke around a little. He has a YouTube video which I watched to see what he looks like. I feel that's very important these days because you never know who's coming to the door. I would highly recommend him he knows what he's doing.

As soon as he left oven door did not close properly. I brought to his attention. Claimed do he did not do it. Have a baby in house said it would be an issue "too big of a job"
