Larry was great to work with and Very Honest. He told us to buy new and not to chance a repair due to the issues he found. Very responsive to our needs and came on time as promised. I would highly recommend Able Service to my family and friends!!! He is truly a 5 Star company.

Larry immediately called me back after I posted my request for service. He came out the very next day and determined what was wrong with my dryer. He called and ordered the part while he was still at my home. As this was a Friday the part was not available until Monday. Larry returned Monday afternoon with the new part and got my dryer running again. Larry was a pleasure to work with and very professional. I will definitely be referring him to my friends and neighbors.

We had a no show for repair on our fridge from a well know big appliance store that has outsourced its repair and installations. After having the appt shuffled around and then couldn't make it..we called Larry for confirmation that our refrigerator was no good. He came to our home on a Sunday and confirmed what we thought. He gave us a lot of information before even coming out but we asked him to come out anyway. He is an example of the good old fashioned repair man that explains everything, makes recommendations and charges a reasonable price. We would definitely use him again.

Larry was very, very prompt in responding and he came within the same day. He was very thorough and professional as well as very personable and polite. He did repair the problem with our fridge and it works great. We would definitely hire him again if needed and would recommend him for sure. You can see he si very professional and honest as well as a hard worker. In addition he will take off his shoes without you asking. Great service.

Larry knows his business! I was very pleased with his service. He was always on time, and notified me by phone just when he would arrive to my house, which he did. He diagnosed my stove's switch problem immediately, and, though the part had to be ordered, and there was a wait...on back order, not Larry's fault. When the part arrived he quickly came to my house and installed the switch in timely fashion. He has become my appliance "go to" guy!

Larry was reliable and dependable. He contacted me immediately, called when he was on his way, was on time and, most importantly, honest in his assessment of the situation. He was also available immediately, but as this was not an urgent situation, I scheduled him to come a few days later so that he could begin his weekend. Our dishwasher door was popping open - he didn't try to spend hours fixing it, didn't recommend replacing it, and was honest about the best solution to our issue. I appreciated the no BS response. He even inquired if all of our other appliances were working ok, since he had to charge me the one hour service call. His hourly rate is also very reasonable and, I think, below industry standard.

Larry's a great guy. He showed up when he said he would. Very knowledgeable and personable with a great sense of humor. Gets along really well with dogs and children. He spent quite a bit of time getting to the bottom of my issues and gave me an honest assessment. Although he was not able to repair my dishwasher, he gave a recommendation as to what steps to take next. I will have him come back to repair my ovens as soon as I can.

Larry immediately came out to my house to repair my Electric Range Stove, I assumed it was the coil, he could have ripped me off and did not, it was just a hanging wire that was disconnected. The most HONEST appliance repair person I have ever encountered. He did not charge me! I would highly recommend Diana Stamford, CT
