Larry came to my home within a few hours on a Saturday. He looked at my refridgerator and told me that there was a lawsuit generated of this problem so I needed to contact LG service. Too bad LG doesn't deliver the same level of service ....I'm still trying to get a good time with them to come out here. I can't rate Larry's work quailty because he didn't actually fix anything. But I still consider this great service.

Larry was very professional, entertaining and diagnosed a fatal problem with our Maytag washing machine. His detailed diagnosis and advice was that it would cost much more to repair it than to replace it. So, although he didn't actually repair the washer, I have full confidence that he could have done the job well. I was most impressed that he called me immediately following my online inquiry to arrange a home visit.

Larry was on site and on time. Very pleasant! Found the problem with the washing machine immediately. Gave me a quote to repair, I accepted. Washing machine started working right away. Very pleased.

Fixed refridge...was on time and assessed the problem quickly. Called for a part and was back the next morning to finish the job. Nice work.

Larry arrived when he said he would. He told me, honestly, that the appliance was not worth repairing as the part needed was too expensive. His fee was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Sent in request on the 4th of July, much to my surprise he called me back right away, and scheduled for the next day! Came out, and looked at a small refrigerator freezer in my garage, his timing was perfect, he arrived exactly when he said he would, and this was great because I was working that day, and had to meet him at the house. I will definitely use this company again, for my next appliance repair!!
