He is very customer focused and will do what is best for you. He could have made money on a repair but suggested it would be better to buy a new appliance and explained why. Will hire again.

I ended up buying a new dryer per Larry's advice because the cost of replacing the computer board was too high to justify. Larry suggested I buy a less complicated dryer next time that would be easier to repair. He was prompt, pleasant and explained the dryer's issues in understandable language. I would hire him again.

He was prompt, fast, efficient, and more importantly honest. He did not try to sell us any unnecessary parts. he explained exactly what was wrong and why we did not need to replace the unit.

He called to give a clarification of his time of arrival. He was very knowledgeable and honest! He told me he would rather see me invest the several hundred dollars it would take to put a bandaid on my 15 yr old refrigerator in a new one, since the bandaid wouldn't fix the problem but only extend its borrowed time. You couldn't ask for a more honest appraisal!

I am new to the area and Able Service was prompt with their home visit to service our dishwasher, secured a replacement part, and for scheduling to install the new part needed. Very happy with their service work and customer service. Their pricing was fair and reasonable as well. I would recommend them and/or use them in the future.

He was prompt , worked on the freezer and then went above and beyond and unjammed our garbage disposal at no cost. Coundn't be more pleased.

Came out the same AM after contacting. Thoroughly explained diagnosis charge/problem/ordering part/contact information/follow up. Very friendly and updated knowledge on newer appliances. Would hire again.

I appreciate the fact that Abel came out the same day and fixed my dishwasher. I got an estimate on time of arrival, I received a call in advance of the visit and it was spot on.

Nice guy and very knowledgeable, even came out to the appointment feeling under the weather. He was running late but called and updated me on the situation.

Larry was totally professional and knowledgeable.

The guy was good and knowledgable but couldnt fix it since he was not carrying the damaged part. I just ended up paying $90.39 for his travel and had to ultimately purchase a new Dryer.

He was able to easily repair my garbage disposal.
